Recently, at the construction site of the 3rd standard of the reconstruction project of Jinhai Road (Yanggao Road - East side of Huadong Road), the first prefabricated small box girder with a length of 25 meters, a width of 3.7 meters, a height of 1.6 meters and a weight of about 145 tons was accurately and smoothly located on the main line span of the 3rd standard of Jinhai Road under the lifting of two crawler cranes, marking that the project has entered a new stage of bridge superstructure construction, and the on-site box girder hoisting construction work is in full swing, laying the foundation for the main line opening of the project at the end of the year.
The main body of the construction of the Jinhai Road reconstruction project is the Pudong New Area Construction and Transportation Commission, which is built by the construction management company affiliated to the Shanghai Pudong Development Group, of which the third bid of the Jinhai Road reconstruction project is undertaken by Shanghai Construction Engineering and participated in the construction of the Machinery Construction Group.
In order to ensure the safe and smooth erection of the first box girder, the project department made concerted efforts to scientifically formulate the construction plan, held a special construction meeting in advance, clarified the key technical indicators and safety risk points, carried out technical disclosure and safety training for on-site operators, optimized the allocation of machinery and tools, and cooperated with the traffic police department to carry out traffic organization and add traffic signs to ensure the smooth progress of the entire erection process. During the erection process, the construction team strictly followed the technical plan, specifications and safety operation procedures for construction, and successfully completed the whole set of processes such as support installation, beam lifting, beam transportation, alignment, beam ejection, beam dropping, adjustment, etc., which accumulated experience and laid a good foundation for the subsequent beam erection construction.
The reconstruction project of Jinhai Road (Yanggao Road - East of Huadong Road) starts from Yanggao Road in the west to the east of Huadong Road (Minlei Road) in the east, with a total length of about 7 kilometers, which is one of the east-west ray channels in the new area. The line mainly passes through Jinqiao Town and Caolu Town, and after the completion of construction, it will better serve Jinqiao Development Zone, Caolu New Town and Golden Central Development Belt.
