In the process of promoting small spring harvesting and large spring planting, the Huancheng Ecological Zone pays special attention to the comprehensive utilization of straw. It not only reduces the problem of environmental pollution, but also improves the fertility of the farmland soil.
At the same time, the comprehensive use of modern agricultural machinery and equipment to efficiently promote the finishing of farmland and lay a good foundation for the subsequent planting of spring crops. The stubble exterminator and rotary tiller were used to carry out fine stubble removal and rotary tillage on the harvested farmland to further prevent the growth of secondary seedlings and prepare for land ploughing required for spring planting.
In terms of the planning of planting materials in the spring, full preparations have been made for seeds, fertilizers, machinery and other materials. In particular, in the spring of rice planting, we actively carry out irrigation, pulping, leveling, ditch grass and other operations in paddy fields to ensure that the irrigation and drainage systems of farmland are unimpeded.
In the selection of crop varieties, the Huancheng Ecological Zone follows the principle of adapting measures to local conditions and selecting the best of the best, and two types of high-quality varieties of corn are selected: fresh food and grain use. The award-winning varieties of "Daoxiang Cup" and "Yuyu Cup" were selected for planting, and the landscape and economic value of farmland ornamentation were effectively taken into account.
In terms of farmland layout and planning, considering the citizens' sightseeing routes and viewing needs, the farmland has been landscaped. Especially in popular check-in points such as Jiaozi Baiye Park, Fengqiuhuang, Qinglong Lake, etc., a travel channel for citizens and tourists to watch in the field is reserved, so that people can enjoy the beautiful scenery while feeling the vitality and vitality of the crops in the field at close range.
