Backed by the Little Hengqin Mountain and facing the Tianmu River, Macao New Neighborhood is an important pilot project for people's livelihood that integrates the functions of residential space, education, medical care, social services and commerce.
From May 13, Hengqin Macao New Neighborhood officially relaxed the purchase restrictions. Macao residents aged 18 or above who hold a Macao identity card issued by the Identification Services Bureau of the Macao SAR Government are eligible to subscribe for residential units in the New Neighbourhood of Macao.
With the successive implementation of the new property market policy in Hong Kong and Macao, Macau Urban Renewal Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as MUR) has responded to the changes in the market economic environment, fully listened to the opinions of all sectors of the society, and actively applied to the Executive Committee of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin to optimize the residential subscription conditions of the project.
On May 6, MUR's project company, Zhuhai Hengqin Macau New Kaifang Development Co., Ltd., signed a change agreement with the relevant government departments to implement the revised conditions for the sale of goods.
This adjustment provides more Macao residents with employment, residence and living needs in the Co-operation Zone with an additional foothold to integrate into the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
