Judging from the spy photos that have been exposed so far, BMW's new iX model will have a small improvement in appearance, with a large kidney closed grille on the head, and a slight optimization of its interior styling design, and a new Iconic Glow lighting package. At the same time, the overall styling design of the rear part is also the same as that of the current model.
According to the product plan, BMW's new iX model will be launched with the xDrive45 model, which will replace the xDrive40 currently on sale, and the xDrive60 model will also replace the xDrive50 model currently on sale. At the same time, the original iX M60 high-performance model will also be officially renamed "iX M70". In addition, BMW has partnered with Michigan-based battery company Our Next Energy (ONE) to equip the iX series with a Gemin dual-chemistry battery pack that can have a maximum range of 979 kilometers on a full charge.
