The lineup of students in the concert was a combination of youth, youth and kindergarten. In terms of school age, there are kindergarten students, elementary school students, middle school students, and college students. The performances are diverse, mainly for piano, supplemented by guzheng, interspersed with cello, violin and piano concertos, as well as themed recitations with concertos as the musical background. The repertoire is mainly performed solo in the first half, and the four-hand joint play in the second half is mainly choreographed according to the difficulty level. The repertoire includes Chopin's "Prelude in E minor", "Grand Waltz", Liszt's "Paganini Etude", Mozart's "Sonata in D Major" and other master classics, as well as "Big Fish and Begonia", "Shocking" and "Spring Dawn in the Snow Mountain". In terms of style, there are not only narrative and sad "Spirited Away", "Faded Photos", "Swallows" and "Butterfly", but also lyrical and romantic "Venetian Boat Song", "Croatian Rhapsody", "Clementi Minor Sonata" and "Pirates of the Caribbean" and other classic songs; The whole concert was either a murmuring stream, or a turbulent wave, or a romantic line, or a storm, so that the emotions of the students' parents and the audience followed the rhythm of the performance, and they got a wonderful enjoyment in the magical color change of music.
The concert ended with the poetic melody of the soundtrack recitation program "To Mother" performed by the teacher Cao Yechuan (piano), the student Ji Zihan (recitation), and Bao Chen (violin).
During the curtain call, Cao Yechuan asked each of the participating students to say a word of blessing to their mothers, and distributed the gifts specially prepared for Mother's Day to the students, and presented them to their mothers after the curtain call.
In an exclusive interview with the media after the concert, Cao Yechuan said that cultural education and artistic quality education are in fact complementary to each other, and while continuously improving the cultural quality of students, he emphasized the indispensable role and status of artistic quality in cultural quality, which will be the public welfare responsibility that schools, parents, artists and the whole society should share.
