On May 13, the 20th International Conference on Green Building and Building Energy Efficiency and New Technology and Product Expo and China (Zhengzhou) Construction Industry and Intelligent Construction Expo were grandly opened in Zhengzhou. The conference was co-sponsored by the Chinese Society for Urban Studies, the All-China Chamber of Commerce for Urban Infrastructure, the China-US Green Fund, and the Green Building and Energy Conservation Committee of the Chinese Society for Urban Studies, jointly guided by the Zhengzhou Municipal People's Government and the Henan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and undertaken by the China Construction Seventh Bureau and the Zhengzhou Urban Science Research Society.
With the theme of "Promoting the High-quality Development of Green Buildings and Leading the Green and Low-carbon Transformation of Urban and Rural Construction", the conference consisted of 2 plenary sessions and 51 thematic exchange meetings, including heads of relevant government units, more than 10 academicians, about 400 well-known experts and professionals, and representatives of more than 300 industry pioneer enterprises at home and abroad.
Guo Jianjun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Bureau, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the conference, and six experts and technical leaders of the Bureau made speeches in six sub-forums. During the conference, with the general theme of "Green Central Plains Carbon Road Future", China Construction Seventh Bureau vividly demonstrated the responsibility of state-owned central enterprises to serve the high-quality development of the country through the three main exhibition areas of "digital innovation", "intelligent development" and "green real estate".
"The robot is equipped with an intelligent detection and analysis system, which can enter the urban drainage pipeline to perform intelligent detection tasks, and use a series of image processing technologies such as pattern recognition and neural network to identify the 'disease' status of the pipeline on the detection data." In the "Digital Innovation" section, the narrator was engaged and the audience listened attentively. From the self-developed drainage pipeline intelligent detection robot, inspection and repair integrated intelligent robot and other products, to the intelligent inspection helmet and other smart wearable devices that integrate 16 functions such as quality inspection, safety inspection, danger warning, electronic fence, etc., to various integrated cloud platforms such as the smart construction platform SMART BP, the Internet of Things platform IOTP, and the smart safety supervision platform, all of them strongly demonstrate that China Construction Seventh Bureau has "four stations, three new, three places and one center" The national high-tech enterprises have strong technical strength and R&D capabilities.
Intelligent construction is shaping the future of China's construction industry. Represented by prefabricated construction and building machines, the intelligent transformation of China Construction Seventh Bureau is extending to the whole chain of enterprise production. It is reported that China Construction Seventh Bureau not only invested in the construction of prefabricated building industry bases in Zhengzhou, Fuzhou and other places, and was awarded the first batch of "National Housing Industrialization Base" and "National Prefabricated Building Industry Base" and other titles, but also took the lead in undertaking the "13th Five-Year" National Key Research and Development Program "Research and Demonstration of High-precision Production and High-precision Installation Control Technology of Building Components" and "Key Technologies and Equipment for Efficient Hoisting and Installation of Construction Site Components", and developed an automation and joint construction integrating automatic pick-and-place, lifting, attitude adjustment, in-place, and joint construction of components. Modular, platform-type large-scale prefabricated buildings are efficiently hoisted and installed with comprehensive equipment, making "building a building like building blocks" and "building a floor in five days" becoming more and more the norm in the industry.
The national craftsman is a giant, with a green face. The first prefabricated building in Henan Province, the first fully assembled residential community in Henan Province, the first LEED Gold certified 5A office building in Henan Province, the fourth-generation three-dimensional ecological residence "Zhongjian Yuanheng Mansion" and ...... "green real estate" exhibition area, in the past ten years, China Construction Seventh Bureau has created a very representative and leading green real estate project in Henan, Fujian and the Yangtze River Delta region, which not only enriches and expands the connotation of "good house". It also demonstrates the determination and responsibility of China Construction Seventh Bureau to devote itself to green development and expand the space for happiness.
In the core area of the exhibition hall, a beautifully made sand table model attracted many visitors. Relying on the first pilot project of cooperation between the government and central enterprises in Henan Province to explore new urbanization construction, China Construction Seventh Bureau has "sharpened a sword in ten years and 'built' butterfly changes with ingenuity" in Zhengzhou Binhe International New Town, one of the 32 core urban construction sectors in Zhengzhou with a total area of 16.77 square kilometers. Focusing on the fields of new energy, intelligent computing center, industrial low-carbon, artificial intelligence, and intelligent Internet of Things, China Construction Seventh Bureau has given full play to the advantages of the whole industrial chain of "financial investment, construction, management and transportation", compiled the first sponge city special plan in Zhengzhou, invested in the construction of the first prefabricated residential building in Henan Province, planned to undertake and operate and maintain the first prefabricated pipe gallery, and built an urban smart operation platform integrating 12 operation scenarios such as greening, sanitation, water, comprehensive pipe gallery, and smart charging. We will make every effort to build Zhengzhou Binhe International New City into a new model of green, low-carbon, digital and intelligent new urbanization construction.
The two-day expo will focus on the display of green buildings, intelligent construction, photovoltaic buildings, green new building materials, green energy, healthy buildings, urban renewal, three-dimensional greening, the latest technological achievements of building modernization, intelligent buildings and the Internet of Things, new products and application examples of housing industrialization, etc., fully covering the entire green building "industrial chain".
