On April 26, the launching ceremony of the pure buckwheat noodles production line in our county was held in Dingbian County Junong Agricultural Co., Ltd. Zhang Ming, deputy director of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Zhao Yan, president of the Beijing Academy of Food Science, Zhu Xiduo, president of the Zhongguancun Tianhe Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Engineering Institute, and other experts from research institutions attended the launching ceremony, and Zou Kai, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee and deputy county magistrate, presided over the ceremony.
The leaders at the meeting jointly cut the ribbon for the start-up of the pure buckwheat noodles production line in our county; Zhang Ming introduced the cooperation process of pure buckwheat noodles and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the city; Zhao Yan introduced the basic situation and market estimation of high-proportion buckwheat noodles; The relevant person in charge of the County Agriculture and Rural Bureau promoted the buckwheat industry in our county.
Our county is one of the world's safflower buckwheat origins, the world's safflower buckwheat dominant production area, buckwheat planting has a long history. Since 2020, the county has planted more than 600,000 mu of buckwheat annually, with a total annual output of more than 70,000 tons, and the products sell well in China, Japan and South Korea and other countries. In 2021, Beijing Academy of Food Science signed a four-party agreement with Yulin Science and Technology Development Service Center, Zhongguancun Tianhe, and Shaanxi Dingbian Junong Co., Ltd., a buckwheat application company, to jointly promote the industrial application of buckwheat noodles around the "research and industrial application of high-proportion buckwheat noodles processing technology".
The unified joint commissioning and joint test of the pure buckwheat dried noodle production line was successful, and the tartary buckwheat dried noodles completed the industrialization commissioning, and the conditions for large-scale industrial production have been met, marking the completion and operation of the largest buckwheat product production line in Yulin City in Dingbian County. After the production line is started, it is expected that the daily output can reach more than 50 tons, and the annual production capacity can reach 20,000 tons, which will be of far-reaching significance for the development of Yulin City's buckwheat industry, promote local economic construction, and increase farmers' income.
