In order to further promote the empowerment and efficiency of grassroots governance led by party building, the Party Committee of Sihexing Community of Xinhua West Road Street adheres to the guidance of party building, explores a new pattern of grid, democratization and unionization of party building, and effectively extends the party building to lead grassroots governance to the end of the city, so as to truly realize the strong synergy of gathering people's hearts at the grassroots level, integrating resources at the grassroots level, solving problems at the grassroots level, and expanding services at the grassroots level.
Party building leads refined management
According to the arrangement and deployment of the superiors, the community has scientifically and reasonably divided the existing 12 grids, and established 7 grid party branches and 5 grid party groups, realizing the full coverage of the party organization. At the same time, the community has refined the grid party building mechanism, publicized the "red grid map" in each grid, and clarified the contact information of the grid instructor, grid chief, full-time grid member, part-time grid member and administrative law enforcement sinking personnel, building chief, and unit leader of each grid, so as to facilitate residents to do things and accept residents' supervision. Through the integration of grid resources from all parties, the community has achieved a clear population base, clear party member information, and perfect infrastructure for each grid.
Service leads to solve worries and do practical things
Carry out the "people's livelihood micro-facts" project on a regular basis. The community has always led the party building to lead the grassroots governance throughout, solidly carried out the practice of "I do practical things for the masses", and collected more than 30 opinions and suggestions from the masses through on-site visits and household visits by grid members, all of which have been resolved. At the same time, through the clean home action, visit and condolence activities, free health clinics, knowledge lectures, legal and policy publicity, fire knowledge lectures and other forms, to send care, service and warmth to residents, to achieve grassroots volunteer service has both height and temperature, both down-to-earth and popular, and effectively enhance the happiness and sense of belonging of residents.
Culture-led, paired, co-built, inclusive and shared
Based on the basic principle of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, and co-residency and co-construction", 8 volunteer service teams have been established together with the Tiesan Primary School and the Hohhot Medical Security Bureau, the Huimin District Garden Service Center and the Jinlongkong Bamboo Dragon Team and the Square Dance Team composed of residents in the district, including theoretical preaching, culture, literature and art, medical fitness, legal publicity, health and environmental protection, student support, science popularization, and helping the needy.
