Those who are good at summarizing get their will, and those who are good at analyzing get their plans. In order to further implement the "double reduction" policy, adhere to the fundamental task of "establishing morality and cultivating people", and comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching, from May 9 to 11, 2024, the eight primary schools in the urban area held a mid-term quality analysis meeting. The quality analysis meeting was carried out in stages and disciplines, and President Liu Yong and Vice President Li Qingke participated in the analysis and exchange meeting of five five disciplines and five groups.

Grades 1-4 subject quality analysis
Five sub-discipline quality analysis sessions will be held in an orderly manner. The agenda of the meeting is divided into three items: the first is for the teachers to make an overall analysis and feedback on the test papers of the subject, the second is for the teachers to exchange speeches, and the third is for the participating leaders to comment and summarize.
Under the organization of Vice President Li Qingke and the heads of teaching and research groups of various disciplines, the teachers respectively conducted in-depth and detailed explanations and analyses through various detailed data, illustrated and well-founded, dug deep into the reasons for teaching, carefully identified the deficiencies, and sought scientific and effective improvement measures according to the characteristics of the subject test questions, the students' answers and the existing problems.
The results measure time and sweat, one journey after another, the leaders of each package section from the difficulty of the test questions to the distribution of the score segments, from the gap of the same discipline to the longitudinal comparison of the class, through the specific data intuitive image, in simple terms to show the competitiveness of the discipline and class cohesion.

Grade 5-6 group quality exchange seminars
On the afternoon of May 11, the group quality analysis and exchange seminar of the fifth and sixth grades was carried out in an orderly manner under the leadership of the principal Liu Yong and the leadership team. The teachers sat together, talked about the gains and losses of teaching, opened their hearts, and talked about countermeasures - the key to attaching importance to laying the foundation, grasping the norms, and improving the quality is in the implementation. The difference in performance is only in the past, as long as everyone thinks in one place, works hard in one place, and perseveres, there will definitely be a qualitative leap.
Vice Principal Li Qingke conducted an attribution analysis with the teachers of each subject on the characteristics of the proposition, the performance data, and the answering situation, and advocated that the teachers should be good at reflecting on the problems existing in daily teaching, and then put forward targeted strategies and suggestions to solve the problems.
Principal Liu Yong fully affirmed the hard work of the teachers, passed on the quality pressure to everyone, and he proposed that the purpose of quality analysis is to "know the gains and losses, clear the direction, take measures, re-implement, and see the results", and hope that all teachers can be based on the current results, grasp the cultivation of students' learning habits from an early age, balance the development of various subjects at the same time, pursue greater advantages, cultivate excellent students, improve secondary students, help students with academic difficulties, and comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching in our school. He drew a blueprint for the future for the teachers and enthusiastically encouraged everyone to roll up their sleeves and work hard, which inspired all teachers.
