Changed! After 9 years of resignation, let's look at the current state of existence in the system

author:Micro-customer wealth

Lao Li, a public security soldier who once wore a police uniform and carried justice on his shoulders, has now left the post he loves for nine years.

In these long years, he has witnessed the changes in the public security and law system, and looked at the living conditions in the current system, and felt a lot of feelings.

1. Public officials are reluctant to "speak out"

Identity + Speech = Controversy.

In today's era of Internet connectivity, social media has become a place for people to express their voices. For public officials, their speech and behavior in this virtual space are indeed prone to widespread attention and even controversy. Even if it is a righteous act, everyone has the mentality of "more things are better than less things", and they are unwilling to participate in it.

Reminiscing about the old days, when we could share work with each other and joke with colleagues; At that time, we dared to face injustice, were indignant at anything that was unfair, and did not hesitate to stand up and speak up for justice.

That era without any psychological burden seems to be never going back.

2. Formalism is becoming more and more serious

There are various meetings every day, and 5 out of 8 hours at work are taking meeting minutes; Weekly assessments, evaluations, if it is a separate assessment, it is a wave of reception, reporting; If it is assessed by multiple people, it will be directly "stewed in one pot", and you will be busy with your worries, and you must do enough work on the surface.

That's not all, the daily report, weekly report, monthly report of experience summary, and annual report on the work situation are not left behind.

One of the most unrealistic management requirements is the so-called "satisfaction rate evaluation" goal proposed by the leadership at the collective meeting, which requires that all work must achieve 100% satisfaction of the parties and use this as the evaluation criterion. This is simply ungrounded and completely ignores the complexity and variability of our actual work.

Imagine if you were a party who had been detained, arrested, or sentenced, would you be satisfied with the entire judicial process because of the return visit of the police officers?

3. More and more people choose to be rotten

Rotten, to put it mildly, is to lie flat.

In the nine years since I left the system, I have also communicated with leaders who are still in the system, and I heard them say that there is a common phenomenon in the system now: young people appear to be quite "transparent" when they first enter the workplace, while the elderly appear to be very "sleek".

They tend to adopt a "lie flat" attitude towards their work.

Young people don't know anything, they don't learn, and they don't eat the set of painting cakes, you still have to look at the mood of others to work, and you have to rework if you don't do it well;

Needless to say, the "old man" can do anything, but he is only limited to completing his own work, because he knows that the more he does, the more likely he is to make mistakes, and the greater the risk of accountability. And he also understands that promotions and salary increases are not just hard work.

4. Colleagues dig holes with each other

Looking back on the past, the colleagues of the public procuratorate and the law had a good relationship and got along freely. At that time, everyone was able to get together after work without scruples, even if there were villains behind their backs, the leaders would "protect their shortcomings" and treat them with tolerance.

However, time has passed, and the workplace atmosphere is very different today. Colleagues are wary of each other, especially in after-work social activities, people often dare not easily mention work-related topics, for fear of unnecessary misunderstanding or estrangement with unfamiliar colleagues, so as not to become the next target of the report.

Having said so much, I just lamented that current affairs have changed and things are wrong, not that I want to complain about the bad things in the current system. I still want to express that no matter where I am, no matter when, I sincerely hope that the mechanism in the system will get better and better, and the brothers and sisters who stick to their posts will have better development prospects and a greater sense of value and belonging in their work.
