Recently, the Liangcun Court of Huaiji Court organized an open day for the court, inviting representatives of financial institutions such as the Postal Savings Bank, the Agricultural Bank of China, and the Rural Commercial Bank in the jurisdiction to walk into the people's courtroom to experience the work of the court up close, further strengthen the communication between the court and financial institutions, prevent and reduce commercial and financial disputes and litigation cases from the source, and create a good financial legal environment.
During the event, representatives of financial institutions visited the case filing hall, the trial court, Mo Xiaofei's mediation studio, etc., and introduced the cultural characteristics of the Liangcun Court, the construction of the litigation service platform, the measures to optimize the business environment, and the achievements made in the trial of financial cases in recent years.
Representatives of financial institutions also observed the trial of a typical financial loan dispute case. During the trial, the presiding judge conducted a court investigation on the focus of the dispute between the two parties, guided the agents of both parties to present and cross-examine evidence around the focus of the dispute summarized by the court, and fully listened to the debate opinions of both parties. Representatives of financial institutions carefully observed the trial and further strengthened the awareness of financial institutions to prevent and resolve financial risks through close contact with judicial adjudication of financial-related cases.

Representatives of financial institutions spoke enthusiastically and put forward opinions and suggestions on resolving financial dispute cases.
