Activity 1: TCM Nursing Skills Competition
On May 7th, the Nursing Department of the hospital held the "Promoting the Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine. "Exhibition Angel Style" TCM Nursing Skills Operation Competition, the leadership team of the hospital and some nursing staff participated, Vice President Liu Jing delivered a speech for the event, and expressed holiday greetings and blessings to all nursing workers!
The competition has three traditional Chinese medicine operations of "balancing fire cupping, auricular pressure beans, warm moxibustion and scraping", 10 nursing units in the hospital, 30 nursing staff to compete, the contestants are neatly dressed, full of spirit, excellent skills demonstrate the good professionalism of Shanyang traditional Chinese medicine nurses, during the competition, the contestants are calm, orderly, standardized and rigorous operation, the judges are discerning, fair and objective judgment, the atmosphere is tense and warm.
Through this TCM skills competition, the purpose is to promote learning and training through competition, which effectively promotes the construction of TCM nursing talent team and plays a positive role in further improving the overall nursing professional and technical level.
Activity 2: Hold a symposium on Nurses' Day
In order to care for the growth of nurses and listen to the voices of nurses, on May 8, the hospital organized a symposium on Nurses' Day with the theme of "Experience Sharing, Exchange and Growth", aiming to review the past, look forward to the future, continue to improve the quality of nursing, expand the field of nursing, and continuously enhance the sense of professional gain, happiness and security of nursing workers. The leadership team of the hospital, the nursing department, the head nurse of each nursing unit, and the nurse representatives attended the meeting, which was presided over by Vice President Liu Jing.
At the symposium, nurse representatives spoke freely about the theme, shared their experiences and experiences in nursing work, and also put forward suggestions and expectations for nursing work. Activity 4: Hold a Nurses' Day theme party day activity
Caring for nurses, stress reduction and empowerment. On May 10, the General Hospital of the Medical Community of Shanyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Branch of Hujiayuan Town jointly held the "5.12" Nurses' Day Theme Party Day and Outdoor Literary and Art Celebration, with more than 100 leaders and nursing staff of the General Hospital of the Medical Community and the branch hospital, and the event was presided over by Xu Lanqingqing and Li Bolin.
