Gucheng County Veterans Service Center continues to improve the service level, build a home for veterans with heart and affection, build a strong propaganda position, dig deep into red resources, and recently newly collected "Relics of martyrs in the 1940 Donggaocai Campaign, photos of Zhenguo on the Anti-Japanese Heroes' Day, 1951 Taoyuan County People's Government Moved Martyrs Certificate, Martyrs to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, Soldier Xie Hongfeng Wrote a Blood Book to the Party with Determination" and other parts of the Anti-Japanese War Revolutionary Martyrs Certificates and Martyrs' Relics to enrich the content of the exhibition hall. The precious historical relics and authentic historical materials fully witness the heroic deeds of the revolutionary soldiers who sacrificed their precious lives for the victory of the revolution at that time. Through the physical display, you can personally feel the great sacrifices and dedication made by the revolutionary martyrs for the sake of national liberation and the happiness of the people, and can more deeply understand the great history of the Chinese nation and the hardships of the revolutionary struggle.
2. Inherit the red gene and promote the spirit of patriotism
The Gucheng County Veterans Service Center highlights the characteristic services, continues to create a "red plate", and shows the historical development process of the mainland's national defense forces from small to large, from weak to strong, from poor to white, from poor to scientific and technological national defense, from "military history", "military parade history", "revolutionary history of the ancient city", "physical display" and "meritorious wall". In 2023, a new "Veteran Style" section will be added to the exhibition hall, visiting and condolences to the only 17 surviving veterans in the county who have participated in the anti-Japanese, liberation, and aid Korea, and taking photos and palm prints, the youngest of whom is 91 years old and the older 97 years old. By presenting their heroic deeds and noble spirit, they continue to inspire future generations to strengthen their faith, love the motherland, and strive for national rejuvenation.

By showing the revolutionary spirit and struggle of the older generation, all sectors of society can deeply realize that the current happy life is not easy to come by, and it needs to be cherished and protected. Since its opening on August 1, 2022, the museum has welcomed more than 3,300 party members, cadres, masses, retired soldiers and students from all walks of life. Through the study of military history, revolutionary history, and the dedication and heroic deeds of revolutionary martyrs, we will encourage our descendants to draw strength from meritorious models, actively participate in social welfare undertakings, stimulate a sense of social responsibility and mission, and contribute to the construction of a better society.
