As the saying goes, "with a skill in hand, you don't have to worry about food and clothing". Skills are an important way to improve the competitiveness of employees, and improving the quality and ability of employees can help the masses create more employment opportunities and increase their income.
Daguan County will combine migrant work with industrial development training, increase labor skills training according to market demand and labor willingness to work, and promote the gradual transformation of labor employment from "labor-based" to "skill-based". Give full play to the strength of employment information officers in townships, towns and villages (communities), through household visits, organize publicity activities, focus on carrying out a thorough survey of the willingness to conduct skills training, and use WeChat public accounts, WeChat groups, broadcasts and other carriers to vigorously publicize vocational training policies and the importance of improving the skills of rural labor. At the same time, combined with the characteristic industries, the construction of the labor brand of "Daguan Xiaozhu Gong" and the development of "one county and one industry", the skills training project is formulated to promote industrial development with the improvement of labor skills and promote the transfer of employment with industrial development.

We should do everything possible to guide the orderly export of qualified rural labor, continuously improve the degree of organization of transferred employment, improve the quality of transferred employment, and promote the increase of income of the masses.
Since 2022, 123 issues of job information have been pushed through online platforms such as WeChat official accounts, more than 196,000 jobs have been pushed, 27 live broadcasts have been carried out, more than 28,000 jobs have been provided in and out of the county, and 36 on-site recruitment sessions have been carried out by high-quality enterprises in the county.
The county's expansion has steadily increased income
Strengthen industrial planning and layout, and increase support for rural industries. Combined with the industrial development ideas of "one county, one industry", "one township, one special" and "one village, one product", we will actively promote the construction of enterprise employment infrastructure and cultivate and expand industrial bases in the county, develop employment assistance workshops, and broaden income channels and expand employment positions according to local conditions. Promote the diversified development of the rural economy through the construction of the bamboo processing industrial park, the construction of the Shanggaoqiao small cattle breeding demonstration area, and the development of tea, pepper and fruit industries. Increase the support of entrepreneurial loans, enter the village to carry out the promotion of entrepreneurial guarantee loans, and take the lead in implementing the policy of "three households joint guarantee" and "less than 100,000 yuan without guarantee", breaking through the bottleneck of the loan guarantee policy and driving employment through entrepreneurship.
Up to now, Daguan County has issued a total of 97.07 million yuan in entrepreneurial loans to 677 households, driving the employment of more than 1,400 people. 23 employment assistance workshops were identified, employing more than 1,000 laborers and 307 people lifted out of poverty.

According to statistics, since the implementation of the three-year action to continuously increase the income of the people lifted out of poverty in 2022, 157636 rural labor force in Daguan County has been transferred to employment, with a transfer employment rate of 87.08%, and 77,250 people have been transferred to work in poverty alleviation, with a transfer employment rate of 90.4%. 30,403 people were transferred to work in the labor force for poverty alleviation and relocation, with a transfer employment rate of 92.07%. The per capita income of migrant workers increased from 41,520 yuan per capita in 2022 to 45,120 yuan in 2023, a net increase of 3,600 yuan.
