It is reported that the Lingong Huaxing electric axle project is located in Pingyi Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan, covering an area of 476 acres, and is jointly invested and constructed by Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. and Shandong Huaxing Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. The total area of the project workshop is 460,000 square meters, mainly for the construction of electric axle shell casting production line and electric axle assembly production line. Up to now, a total of 717 million yuan has been invested in the project, and the first phase of the production workshop of 260,000 square meters has been completed, and the equipment has been installed and commissioned, and will be put into trial operation at the end of May.
The advanced electric axle is equivalent to the "strongest heart" of the vehicle. By changing the mechanical structure of the traditional electric axle, the conventional transmission shaft, gearbox, main drive and other parts are canceled, the weight of the vehicle is reduced by more than 20%, the energy consumption of the vehicle per 100 kilometers is reduced by 5%, the operating cost of the whole machine is reduced by 12%, and the cargo capacity is increased by more than 10%.
