In 2010, Liu Huanlin's company entered a period of transformation, the company's main business gradually changed from the installation and maintenance of household air conditioners to the maintenance and maintenance of central and commercial air conditioners, but due to the relatively backward development of central air conditioning maintenance equipment at that time, if you want to succeed in the transformation, you must overcome technical difficulties and develop maintenance equipment by yourself. "In 2014, when I led my team to Beijing to complete a cleaning task, I found that the equipment we developed was a little insufficient and not practical, so our team conducted on-site research and transformation to make the equipment meet the production requirements." In 2016, as the "old employee" of the company with the longest tenure and the most work experience, Liu Huanlin took on a "heavy responsibility". It is a company that produces auto parts, and in the production process, fine paint particles enter the refrigeration equipment with the air, which requires very fine cleaning and maintenance.
At that time, it was summer, the temperature in the workshop was high, the smell of paint was heavy, and it was difficult to clean, so Liu Huanlin took the initiative to lead the team to take over the project. "We can't afford to live up to the trust of our customers, and we must rise to the occasion." From Liu Huanlin's mouth, you can hear his firmness and responsibility, "The weather in May and June is very hot, and you need to wear thick protective clothing in the semi-closed equipment, wear a mask and work in full gear, and work out to rest for half an hour. "Because the car paint contains glue, the paint stripper cannot clean the paint inside the air conditioning tuyere. Liu Huanlin and two colleagues used paint remover to soften it first, then scrape it with bamboo chips, and after scraping it again, turn on the air conditioner, wait for the paint residue to blow out a little, and then scrape it when it is turned off. In this way, I did it a total of 4 times until it was thoroughly cleaned.

"Air conditioners are usually cleaned and repaired outdoors, and we often have to work under the scorching sun and cold." For Liu Huanlin, working in such a harsh environment is simply "commonplace". Nowadays, central air conditioning is more and more widely used, which also determines that its maintenance can usually only be done on holidays or even late at night when these units are closed.
One night in June 2020, a colleague on the company's night shift found that the air conditioning and refrigeration effect was not good during the maintenance of the air conditioner, but he was busy until midnight and could not find the problem, so he had to call Liu Huanlin, who was the technical supporter, to "ask for help". Liu Huanlin asked him to take pictures of the scene and send them over, and at a glance he locked that there was a problem with the line connection, and guided him to adjust it step by step, and the problem was solved.
Liu Huanlin, who was called by this phone call, also identified the problem and solution with the scene pictures in the early morning, and sent them to his WeChat circle of friends, "Record it so that you can remind yourself and your workers." For the workers, Liu Huanlin is not only a model worker, but also a "Dinghai Shen Needle".

Today's Liu Huanlin has become the company's technical backbone and "right-hand man". But the young man who returned to Changsha with a woven bag on his back did not expect that he would one day be able to compile books and give lectures.
