In 2023, the average annual wage of employees in urban private units will be 68,340 yuan, an increase of 3,103 yuan over the previous year, a nominal increase of 4.8%, and a real increase of 4.5% after deducting price factors.
The average annual wages of employees in urban private units, grouped by region and industry, are detailed in Tables 4 and 5.
3. The average annual wage of employees in enterprises above designated size
In 2023, the average annual wage of employees in enterprises above designated size will be 98,096 yuan, an increase of 5,604 yuan over the previous year, a nominal increase of 6.1%, and a real increase of 5.8% after deducting price factors. Among them, middle-level and above management personnel 198285 yuan, an increase of 4.9%; professional and technical personnel 140935 yuan, an increase of 5.8%; 89,502 yuan for clerks and related personnel, an increase of 4.2%; 75,216 yuan for social production services and life service personnel, an increase of 7.1 percent; manufacturing and related personnel were 75,463 yuan, an increase of 6.1%.
