The construction project of Wuji County Cultural and Creative Park - Radio and Television Tower Project consists of two monomers: transmitter room and radio and television tower. The transmitter room is a concrete frame structure, and the radio and television tower is a steel pipe composite structure, with a total height of 150 meters.
Due to the high height of the tower, the installation of the tower has become a difficult point in this project, and the project department adopts the crane + internal suspension inner cable holding rod construction technology for hoisting. The seventh branch and the project department overcame various difficulties to carry out force calculation, hoisting simulation analysis, etc., and safely completed the installation of the tower body.
In addition, the tower body belongs to the towering structure, the whole tower is composed of a variety of specifications of steel pipe and angle iron combination, the number of components is large, the intersecting line cutting, the welding amount is large, the processing and manufacturing precision is high, and the difficulty is great. To this end, the project sent special personnel to supervise the manufacturing in the factory, strictly control the quality of raw materials, supervise the whole process of processing, and ensure the quality and safety of project construction from the raw materials.
