Recently, the infrastructure construction projects of Minhe County Zhuan Township, Zhongchuan Township and other clinics undertaken by the company have been fully completed and officially put into use. The project is the first batch of pre-construction projects in Qinghai Province after the 12.18 earthquake, the only medical facility project in the post-disaster reconstruction project of Minhe County, and the first post-disaster reconstruction project undertaken by the company.

Since entering the site, the project department has been adhering to the concept of "entering the site that is the decisive battle" to comprehensively promote various tasks, act quickly with a high degree of social responsibility mission, run into the field, and work in an all-round way. In the early stage of project construction, faced with multiple challenges such as tight construction period, heavy tasks, scattered construction sites, material shortages, and road closures caused by landslides, the project department coordinated with multiple parties to reasonably plan transportation routes and select appropriate transportation tools, so as to minimize the time and cost of material transportation. In order to accelerate the progress of the project construction, the project department has set up a grid management model of "taking the project manager as the core, the task to the post, and the responsibility to the person", and held regular coordination meetings to coordinate the construction progress, quality, safety and other aspects of the work of each work site to ensure that each work site is carried out in an orderly manner according to the time node.
The project includes 6 village clinics, distributed in 6 villages, including Qianjin Village, Zhongchuan Township, Dazhuang Village, Xing'er Tibetan Township, Baojia Village, Guanting Town, and Heyan Village, Guandong Village, with a design life of 50 years. The newly built clinic adopts a modern design concept, reasonable layout and complete functions, including a number of professional areas such as diagnosis rooms, treatment rooms, pharmacies, etc., and is equipped with complete basic medical equipment. After the completion of the project, it will be able to effectively solve the problem of nearly 10,000 villagers in 6 villages seeking medical treatment, provide nearby and convenient basic public health services, and allow local villagers to enjoy convenient, efficient and high-quality prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, health and other services. At the same time, after the project is put into use, it can also greatly improve the public health infrastructure conditions and medical treatment environment in Minhe County and villages, improve the construction of the primary medical service system, and promote the development of local social development and medical and health undertakings.
