The first is to investigate the background of understory fuel load nationwide.The forestry and grass industry investigated 112,000 forest and grass fuel sample plots, constructed 150,000 fuel remote sensing interpretation signs, compiled the national forest fuel load grade, unit area load grade, and the grade division of fuel load per unit area of different forest types, and obtained the quantitative combustion attributes such as the equilibrium moisture content, ignition point and calorific value of understory fuels in different regions of the country, which provided a reference for forest fire research.
The second is to find out the risk points of wild fire sources and the base of disaster reduction capabilities。 In this survey, the situation of wildland fire and important fire source risk points was clarified, and the density distribution map of important fire source points in the country and the distribution map of different disaster reduction resources were formed.
Third, the forest fire risk assessment zoning has been preliminarily formed.Combined with the survey data of basic geography, meteorology, forest resources, population, economy, including buildings in forest areas, the assessment area formed a 30-arc second grid, township level, county level and other different degrees of risk assessment, disaster reduction capacity assessment, risk assessment, prevention and control zoning and other assessment results.
In the next step, we will continue to promote the normalized application of the census results, combine meteorological forecasting and fuel fire risk monitoring data, explore the establishment of a multi-scale forest fire danger level forecast model, improve the accuracy and effectiveness of forest fire risk prediction, normalize the organization and carry out the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers of forest and grassland fires, focus on cracking down on illegal wild fire use in forest and grassland fire prevention areas, strengthen the tracing and tracing of fires, and guide all localities to use the results of disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities.
