Phoenix Flower Preschool Education was founded in 2021, and has opened a total of 9 Phoenix Flower Kindergartens in 11 parks (including 1 preparatory park), with nearly 3,000 children in the kindergartens.

Nansha Youyi Education Group was established
Since its establishment, the kindergartens under Phoenix Flower Kindergarten Education Group have been rated as standardized kindergartens in Guangzhou, safe and civilized campuses in Guangzhou, smoke-free units in Guangzhou, first-class kindergartens in Nansha District, and A-level units in food safety quantitative management. So far, there are more than 400 teachers, 100% of whom have professional qualification certificates, and the principals of the kindergarten have more than 5 years of kindergarten management experience.
According to the spirit of the document and relevant requirements of the Notice of the Education Bureau of Nansha District, Guangzhou City on Doing a Good Job in the Enrollment of Kindergartens in Nansha District in 2024, combined with the actual situation, the 2024 Phoenix Flower Kindergarten Education Group Autumn Enrollment Work Plan is formulated.
Enrollment target
The age of admission to the kindergarten is 3 years old (born between September 1, 2020 and August 31, 2021)
Kindergarten is 4 years old (born between September 1, 2019 and August 31, 2020)
The kindergarten age is 5 years old (born between September 1, 2018 and August 31, 2019)

Enrollment ratio
Referring to the enrollment method of the education department and the town-street park, the proportion of enrollment for the society is 90% of the enrollment plan. Among them, priority will be given to children with household registration in the community who meet the conditions of "household consistency", and the remaining places will be allocated to the society, and if 90% of the places cannot meet the requirements of the children with household registration in the community, they will continue to enroll until they reach 100%; If the number of eligible children with household registration in the community exceeds 100% of the enrollment plan of the kindergarten, it will be allocated through open and fair methods such as computer allocation.

Households are the same
The household registration address of school-age children is consistent with the address of the valid proof of actual residence (real estate certificate, purchase agreement) provided by their parents or other legal guardians, referred to as (the same household). Among them: parents or other legal guardians own 100% of the real estate in the community where the kindergarten is located, and any of the following three situations are deemed to meet this condition:

The owner of the house is only the parent or other legal guardian of the child (subject to the real estate certificate);

The property owner is the child's parents or other legal guardians and others, but the property is the only property of the child's parents or other legal guardians (subject to the real estate certificate and the search certificate issued by the Housing Exchange Center);

The property rights of the house only belong to the child's grandparents, and the child's parents or other legal guardians have no real estate in their names, and the property is the long-term residence of the child and his parents or other legal guardians (subject to the real estate certificate and the search certificate issued by the housing transaction center).
