Liu Hao directs the creation in the studio
Qihe Liu Hao Ceramic Art R&D Center was established in 2015. Committed to the research of black pottery art, the innovation, research and development and inheritance of technology. Relying on more than 30 years of pottery experience and research results, the center has complete hardware facilities and strong technical strength, with China Black Pottery Research Institute (founded in 1990) as the core, through the pottery studio, Xuanyi pottery club and experimental factory, to carry out pottery customization, pottery experience, training, cultural tourism, exhibition exchanges, school-enterprise cooperation and other activities for the society. Carry forward the culture of black pottery, the training of pottery reserve talents, the center has been established so far, to carry out more than 400 popular training activities, a total of more than 50,000 people trained, at present with Tianjin University of Science and Technology College of Art and Design, Jinan University of Quancheng College, Suzhou Vocational College of Arts and Crafts, Shandong Agricultural Engineering College, Qihe Vocational Secondary School, Jinan seven secondary units to establish a good research cooperation relationship, the center employs 14 researchers, including 6 senior titles, to create an open, diverse, efficient pottery culture inheritance and development platform. The main venue for inheritance education and learning in the county of this unit is located in the Daqing River Scenic Area Confucian Temple Black Pottery Cultural Experience Hall (120 square meters) and China Yixuan Art Hall - Qihe Black Pottery Cultural Park (560 square meters). The funds for inheritance education practice mainly come from the sales of black pottery handicrafts and artworks, and the popularization training and research training of public pottery. In order to improve the effect of inheritance, it is necessary to further expand communication and training, especially the guidance and special financial support of government policies.

In 2017, it was named Dezhou City (the sixth batch) Social Science Popularization Demonstration Base, in 2017, it was named Shandong Youth Home (No.: 0268), in 2017, it operated the public pottery activity of China Modern Black Pottery Art Museum, and was rated as "the most popular cultural landmark among consumers" in the first Shandong Cultural Huimin Consumption Activity, and in 2018, it was selected as "Walking Qilu" recognized by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education On August 11, 2020, Qihe Liu Hao Pottery R&D Center was selected as a provincial intangible cultural heritage project protection unit in Shandong Province, and in 2022, Qihe Liu Hao Pottery R&D Center was rated as Dezhou Municipal Intangible Cultural Heritage Institute, in 2022, Liu Hao Black Pottery Art Museum was rated as Dezhou Municipal Primary and Secondary School Research Base, and in 2023, Liu Hao Black Pottery Art Museum was selected as an institutional member of the International Ceramic Art Association (IAC).
