However, General Zhang Wannian "rose to the challenge" and summed up three experiences:

Zhang Wannian is a native of Longkou, Shandong, and a fierce general in the People's Liberation Army.
For example, in the Vietnam War, he annihilated the Vietnamese army in one fell swoop without giving them a chance to react.
Therefore, there is also a slogan in the Vietnamese team of "Eliminate 127 and capture Zhang Wannian alive".
But even such a well-fought fierce general encountered the most difficult Vietnamese special forces on the battlefield in Vietnam.
They always appear when the moon is dark and the wind is high, and they carry out sneak attacks on our troops under our rule that we do not attack civilians.
It is also for this reason that our army has suffered a lot of losses.
What's even more troubling is that their soldiers are almost similar to ordinary people, making it completely impossible for people to distinguish them.
And the female agent also seized this strength, disguised herself as a variety of different identities, and then took advantage of the unpreparedness of others to shoot directly.
General Zhang Wannian was also deeply impressed by this, because he had personally inspected the combat methods of the Vietnamese army in 1968, and their actions in retaliation against the Vietnamese army at that time were still fresh in his memory.

During the Vietnam War, countless stories of Vietnamese women and the U.S. military were staged, including women who killed people without blinking, and female agents who immersed themselves in the gentle township.
For example, those young and beautiful female agents will specially disguise themselves as "lost women".

Through Zhang Wannian's long-term observation, it was found that the Vietnamese special forces often prepared many sets of civilian clothes and military uniforms for themselves, and even the clothing of our army, they did not let go.
But in order to distinguish management, the Vietnamese army will require them to remove their camouflage when they are not on duty.
It can also be said that these female agents spend most of their time wearing military uniforms.
The biggest feature of these military pants is that the trouser legs are relatively tight, because there are more snakes and insects in Vietnam, and female soldiers often move in the jungle, so the trouser legs can also be tightened to isolate mosquitoes.
On the other hand, people work in the fields, and they usually wear loose pants for ease of movement.
In addition, there is no regularity in war, and if a female soldier encounters an emergency, she will put a layer of ordinary people's clothes on her military uniform.
But this practice can be detected by ordinary people.
Similarly, the PLA will not be kept in the dark. Because the overall climate in Vietnam is relatively hot, there are a few people who are willing to wear two clothes.
Therefore, you can easily identify the other party by simply opening the leg of the other party's pants.
Second look
The so-called look, that is, to look at their feet, and distinguish them by color.
Because Vietnamese people usually don't wear shoes when they work in the fields. So over time, their feet will become rough and black.
However, because female agents face different combat environments, they will spend more time wearing shoes, and when the two are compared, it is easy to see who the real agents are.
In addition, most of the Vietnamese sandals are cut into strips from discarded fetal skin, and after wearing them for a long time, they will also leave black and white marks on the surface of the feet.
So through this method, you can also tell whether the other party is a female agent or not.
Sansniff
Sniffing refers to sniffing the hands to see if the other person's palms have calluses.
A pair of hands that work in the field all year round usually have an earthy smell that is difficult to eliminate.
On the contrary, Vietnamese female soldiers need to carry guns every day, so there will be some calluses on their shoulders and fingers. If you happen to have just finished the battle, you will still have a bit of gunpowder on your hands.
Moreover, the smell of gunpowder is also difficult to cover, and the PLA can easily smell it as long as it gets a little closer.
Of course, the third method is actually a characteristic of military personnel in all countries.
But if you see a suspicious girl, with these three methods, 95% of them are likely to be female agents.
The remaining 5 percent may be Vietnamese women who are fighting on an improvised basis.
Later, the soldiers led by Zhang Wannian killed a total of 2,088 people and captured 37 enemies.
The point is that our own people were not captured, and this has a lot to do with Zhang Wannian's admonition.
