Mao Anqing's memorial service specifications refer to the specifications of the country's vice premier level, some people may wonder, why Mao Anqing's memorial service can be held in accordance with the "vice national level"?
In mid-November 1930, Yang Kaihui bravely died in Changsha, and the three brothers Mao Anqing, Mao Anying and Mao Anlong were secretly transferred to Shanghai by the party organization, and Mao Zemin arranged their lives.
The three brothers were arranged to study in the Datong Kindergarten founded by the Mutual Masonic Association, when Mao Anying was 9 years old, Mao Anqing was 8 years old, and the youngest Mao Anlong was only 5 years old. Mao Anying took on the responsibility of taking care of her two younger brothers.
Unfortunately, the good times did not last long, and Lao Chiang launched a fierce attack on the underground party in Shanghai, which led to the serious destruction of the underground party organization and the dissolution of Datong Kindergarten. Mao Zemin received an order to leave Shanghai, and before leaving, he entrusted the three Mao brothers to Dong Jianwu. Soon after, Dong Jianwu also received a new assignment and went to Wuhan.
Due to the attack on the underground party organization in Shanghai by Lao Jiang, many members lost contact, and not long after Dong Jianwu left, the three Mao brothers were forced to live on the streets.
At that time, the young Mao Anlong could not withstand the toss of many transfers, and unfortunately died of illness. After the elder Mao Anying buried his younger brother, he took Mao Anqing to earn money as an apprentice in a bakery, which was the most painful experience for the brothers.
The two of them were blinded and often beaten and scolded for no reason, and Mao Anqing became a little introverted. After Mao Anying couldn't bear it, she fled from the baked cake shop with Mao Anqing, the two had no skills and no shelter, and usually relied on picking up rags, cigarette butts, selling newspapers, or helping others push rickshaws to earn some money to fill their stomachs.
They wandered for 5 years before they were rediscovered by the Shanghai underground party, and Chairman Mao learned that his two sons had not died. With the help of Zhang Xueliang, Mao Anqing and Mao Anying went to the Soviet Union to study.
In 1938, Mao Anqing and Mao Anying took a photo with the help of the Soviet Union, and they brought the photo back to China.
The time when he studied in the Soviet Union was Mao Anqing's happiest days, he didn't need to beg for food everywhere, he didn't have no place to sleep, he could learn new knowledge every day, and his father's letters would come to him across thousands of miles.
Chairman Mao told Mao Anqing and the brothers to write more letters to him. Once, Chairman Mao deliberately took a photo, sandwiched it in a letter sent to the Mao Anqing brothers, and asked people to take it to the Soviet Union to give them.
Chairman Mao likes to read, and in the letter he sent to the Mao Anqing brothers, Chairman Mao also mentioned that they should read more books. Chairman Mao also specially sent some books from China to the Soviet Union, including philosophical works, historical literature, and martial arts novels, and he also made a long list of books for the brothers to look for when they had time.
In 1941, when the Soviet Union and Germany fought, Mao Anying joined the Soviet Red Army after graduating from the Soviet military academy. Mao Anqing saw that his brother went to the battlefield, and he followed closely behind.
But Mao Anqing was injured in the head by patrolling in Shanghai in his early years, and his health has always been not good, so he could not go to the front line to fight side by side with his brother, so he only dug trenches and assisted doctors in transporting the wounded.
In 1947, Mao Anqing returned to his motherland after a long absence, but he did not go to see Chairman Mao, but lived in Harbin with He Zizhen. Not long after, He Zizhen asked Mao Anqing to exercise in Keshan County.
Mao Anqing did not meet Chairman Mao, who he had not seen for a long time, in Xiangshan until 1949, and the father and son were finally reunited. In the summer of this year, Mao Anqing lived in Zhongnanhai with Chairman Mao.
Chairman Mao was very concerned about Mao Anqing, and when he learned that he was good at Russian, he encouraged him to help the country translate some Russian works. Mao Anqing has made great achievements in the field of translation, he has translated many theoretical works, such as Lenin's "What Legacy We Reject", Stalin's "Marxism and Linguistic Problems", etc., and has published more than 20 articles on Soviet literature and political theory in the People's Daily.
Mao Anqing played an incomparably important role in disseminating Marxist theory, philosophy and social science, which is why his memorial service was designated as a "vice national level".

Mao Anqing suffered a head injury in his early years, in 1950, after he learned the news of his brother Mao Anying's death, his emotions were out of control, and since then, the sequelae of Mao Anqing's brain have become more and more obvious, and he has been treated intermittently for many years.
At Mao Anqing's memorial service, the appearance of three people attracted everyone's attention.
The first is Mao Anying's wife Liu Siqi. More than ten years after Mao Anying's sacrifice, Liu Siqi remarried. Many people think that Liu Siqi may not appear at Mao Anqing's memorial service, but Liu Siqi came.
During Mao Anqing's illness, Liu Siqi would often visit Mao Anqing with letters from Chairman Mao and encourage him to fight against the disease.

Mao Anqing's former secretary Zhang Tingjie was saddened to learn the news of his death, and he recalled that Mao Anqing had said many times after learning of Mao Anying's death, "I saw my brother, I want to take a walk with him."
Perhaps at the end of Mao Anqing's life, Mao Anying was standing under the banner waiting for him, and the two were walking hand in hand on the street as when they were children. Maybe Mao Anying just went back to the days when she lived with her brother.
