Steamed boneless rainbow trout with sweet potato skin
This is a dish that combines traditional craftsmanship and modern farming techniques, and the main ingredient is sweet potato crust made of intangible cultural heritage ingredient "Jing Yi" vermicelli, which has been passed down from generation to generation by the Yin family in Zhuozhou and Fangshan areas of Hebei Province. Rainbow trout originated from the deep pool of Tianyu Villa, the meat is tender and nutritious, and the freshness of rainbow trout is perfectly combined with the unique taste of sweet potato skin, demonstrating the harmony between ancient techniques and modern farming.
