On April 26, Duolang Community of Hongqiao Street and Hongqiao Street Health Service Center carried out the volunteer service activity of "Love Free Clinic into the Community and Zero Distance of Care Service" in Binhe Garden Community to improve residents' health awareness and self-care ability, and deliver health to residents' doorsteps.
At the free clinic site, blood pressure and blood sugar were measured, heart and lungs were listened to, and health care knowledge was explained...... The doctor gave detailed answers to each resident who came for consultation, and gave scientific and reasonable treatment suggestions and precautions according to each person's different physical conditions, so that residents can get high-quality medical convenience services at their doorstep.
During the event, community volunteers and medical staff distributed free medicines to residents, publicized health care knowledge to residents, distributed health knowledge manuals, and especially advised them to eat a reasonable diet and balanced nutrition, and reminded them to participate in more exercise, regular physical examinations, and go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible if they feel unwell, so as to develop healthy living habits.
