First, we must comply with laws and regulations
When carrying out tour guide activities, it is necessary to abide by national laws and regulations, strictly implement the "Tourism Law", "Regulations on Travel Agencies", "Regulations on the Management of Tour Guides", "Measures for the Management of Tour Guides" and other relevant regulations, consciously safeguard national interests and national dignity, and do not harm national interests, national dignity and social public interests. Do not directly contract tour guide business or carry out tour guide activities without permission or in any other way.
Second, we must enhance safety awareness
Pay attention to your own safety and driving safety, take the "special seat for tour guides" configured according to the regulations, and always remind tourists to pay attention to safety, such as fastening their seat belts and keeping valuables with them when leaving the vehicle; Expedition and other activities, 24 hours during the group to ensure smooth communication, once there is an emergency to ensure the rapid implementation of emergency rescue, and immediately report to the relevant departments at the higher level, so as not to omit reports, do not misreport, do not conceal reports.
Third, we must improve the quality of service
Provide enthusiastic and high-quality service to tourists. Arrange the tourist's travel in strict accordance with the reception plan determined by the travel agency, and do not increase or decrease the travel items or suspend the tour guide activities without authorization; It is not allowed to induce, deceive, compel or covertly compel tourists to shop or collude with operators to deceive and coerce tourists to consume.
Fourth, advocate civilized tourism
Tourists are reminded to pay attention to hygiene, take care of public property, protect the environment, consciously abide by social order, and promote social morality during tourism. Supervise and guide tourists to abandon bad habits, strictly economize, and actively implement the "disc action" to avoid the waste of group meals. Remind tourists to consume rationally, remind tourists to standardize the disposal of garbage, and establish a new trend of civilized, healthy and green tourism.
The tour guide is the "first person" in contact with tourists in the tourism service chain, and the service level and attitude of the tour guide directly affect the consumption experience of tourists and the tourism consumption environment.
