The starting point of the 13 bid contract section of Anpan Expressway is located in Yanying Mountain, Panguan Town, and the end point is located in the Guizhou-Yunnan boundary of Yanfeng Cave Tunnel in Huamushu Village, Panguan Town, which is in an east-west direction, with a total length of 10.37 kilometers, mainly including 5 bridges, 2 tunnels and 1 interchange. At present, as a control project, the Panguan Bridge is guided by laser measurement and other new quality productivity, and the construction of the substructure is nearing completion.

According to reports, Anpan Expressway is the main trunk line of the Shanghai-Switzerland comprehensive transportation channel, which belongs to the national highway project, with a total length of about 133.7km, all newly built. The whole line adopts the standard of six-lane expressway, with a design speed of 100km, and has a total of 92 bridges, 35 tunnels and 13 interchanges.
After the completion of the project, it will further enhance the comprehensive transportation capacity of the Shanghai-Rui Corridor, encrypt the expressway network in western Guizhou, connect urban nodes such as Anshun and Liupanshui, build an urban development axis in western Guizhou, closely connect the tourism resources in the region with the towns along the route, and drive the in-depth development of tourism resources and the towns along the route to get rid of poverty and become rich.
