On the morning of April 30, the 2024 Jinshan District Celebration of the "May Day" International Labor Day and Advanced Commendation Conference was held in the conference hall on the second floor of the District Convention Center, aiming to encourage the majority of workers in the district to make contributions in promoting high-quality development, and the trade unions at all levels in the district to improve their capabilities in deepening reform, and effectively gather a strong joint force of "focusing on development and focusing on transformation".

At the meeting, Qiu Yunli, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and executive deputy head of the district, on behalf of the District Party Committee and the District Government, extended holiday greetings and high respect to the advanced model workers and the majority of workers and delivered a speech.
Through the three chapters of glorious labor, creating greatness, and chasing dreams in the Bay Area, the conference comprehensively demonstrated the advanced deeds of the employees of the whole district in recent years, who have been persistently focused, kept improving, meticulous, and pursued excellence, and have continuously struggled for the construction of the "three bay areas" of Jinshan, demonstrating the courage and determination of the majority of workers to continuously make new achievements and create new brilliance in the fiery practice of striving to write a chapter of Chinese-style modernization in Jinshan.
The conference also set up the "Chinese Dream, Jinshan Love, Labor Beauty" model worker craftsman propaganda group, and launched the 2024 Jinshan District Employee Labor and Skills Competition Project to further promote the spirit of model workers, labor spirit, and craftsman spirit, and continue to stimulate the enthusiasm of the workers in the whole district.
