Recently, MediaTek officially announced that it will hold the Dimensity developer conference MDDC 2024 on May 7, and the Dimensity 9300+ flagship chip will be released at this conference.
Judging from the current leaks, the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chip can basically be regarded as the official overclocked version of the Dimensity 9300. At present, vivo X100S equipped with this processor has appeared in Geekbench 6.2.0, according to the information, the processor is an octa-core design, including 1 x 3.4GHz super core + 3 x 2.85GHz large core + 4 x 2.0GHz big core, and has achieved a single-core score of 2229 points and a multi-core test score of 7526 points.
Not surprisingly, the vivo X100S will also be equipped with this processor for the first time, and it is likely that it will be officially announced at the same time as the press conference. In addition to the Dimensity 9300+ chip, the machine will also be equipped with a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO OLED straight screen, providing white/black/cyan/titanium four color options, the whole machine adopts a metal right-angle middle frame + glass body, rear triple camera solution, support 120W wired charging function and other configurations.
