Through ward rounds, surgeries, teaching, academic lectures, case discussions, etc., the hospital's ability to treat difficult and serious diseases is improved. The directors of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, the Department of Neurology, the Department of Respiratory Medicine, the Department of Gastroenterology, the Department of ICU, the Department of Pediatrics and the Department of Emergency Medicine of our hospital were selected to serve as the vice presidents of the seven medical-oriented primary health centers, and the department directors or technical backbones were encouraged to carry out medical services in the primary health centers on a regular or irregular basis to play a role in helping and leading. Integrate and build an all-weather emergency and first-aid system with all-weather coverage, and implement integrated management of 120 emergency command and dispatch.
