After inquiring about the willingness of both parties to mediate, the undertaking judge and the mediator used the platform of the "mediation service area" of the district social governance center to "prescribe the right medicine" through face-to-face mediation.
In the end, after several rounds of negotiations, the plaintiff and the defendant reached an agreement on the details of the repayment method and repayment period.
