A total of 151 personnel cadres from 48 units in the region participated in the training
The main person in charge of the Organization Department of the District Party Committee mobilized and deployed the special action of "strengthening the foundation and empowerment" of personnel cadres in Guangming District, pointed out that the special action is a strategic need to promote the construction of a world-class science city, and required to promote the implementation of various measures of the special action from the three aspects of selecting good seedlings, leading the way, and setting up a good platform, and at the same time to consolidate the results of the action and improve the quality and efficiency of the work in the summary and refinement.
Focusing on the four tasks of fine management, precise rotation training, institutionalized guidance, and whole-process supervision, the implementation of thirteen specific measures such as building a personnel cadre information database, classifying and promoting professional ability examinations, and compiling a compilation of personnel business systems and "work lists" have been implemented to improve the ability and quality of personnel cadres.
The person in charge of the Cadre Supervision Department of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee gave special guidance to the cadre supervision system in four aspects: cadre supervision positioning, main composition, development history, and new situation and new requirements. Combined with the problems encountered in the work and actual cases, the Cadre Supervision Section of the Organization Department of the District Party Committee comprehensively introduces the policy basis, handling process and precautions of 11 common businesses of cadre supervision.

In order to test the training effect, a closed-book examination was conducted for the trainees, and the test content focused on the cadre supervision business knowledge, and comprehensively investigated the trainees' mastery of the training content.
Next, the Organization Department of the District Party Committee will take the lead in promoting the implementation of the four tasks and 13 specific measures of the special action, comprehensively improve the professional ability of personnel cadres in the region, forge a team of personnel cadres with high political quality, strong professional ability and practical work style, and provide a strong organizational guarantee for the construction of a world-class science city and the northern center of Shenzhen.
