Project Overview
The project is located in Minsheng Village, Zongchang Town, Cuiping District, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, and is a key project of Yibin City and the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Wuliangye Group.
The project covers an area of about 208,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 480,000 square meters, including No. 1-4 koji-making workshops and 7 ancillary supporting monomers.
After it is completed and put into use, it can better meet the demand for Wuliangye's production capacity growth, promote local employment and rural revitalization, drive related supporting industries and regional economic and social development, and continue to enhance the influence of national brands.
Progress management
The project officially started on December 9, 2022, with a contract period of 540 calendar days.
The project team made every effort to sprint with the attitude of "the beginning is the decisive battle, and the decisive battle must be decisive", insisted on the model first, deeply analyzed the major difficulties, strictly controlled the quality, safety and progress, and finally the important nodes such as the capping of the main structure of the project, the completion of the secondary structure, and the overall completion and acceptance were all earlier than the agreed time in the contract, and won high praise from the owner for its high-quality service and high-quality performance, and won the honor of MCC's 2023 Excellent Management Project.

The project department takes the quality "three inspection system" and "one-vote veto system" as the starting point, and strictly controls the whole process from material procurement to construction technology. Through the establishment and improvement of the quality management system, strict control of key processes and concealed projects and other measures to ensure the quality of construction.
The project ranked second in the Sichuan area of MCC's 2023 quality "guarantee" inspection, and passed the preliminary evaluation of the "Jiudu Cup" of Yibin Construction Project and Sichuan Provincial Structural Quality Project.

Safety Management
Adhere to the guiding ideology of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management", make concerted efforts from the three aspects of safety education, skills training, and on-site management, and prepare special construction plans in advance for dangerous and ultra-dangerous projects such as deep foundation pits, high formwork, and elevator installation and demolition, formulate various emergency plans and reward and punishment mechanisms, organize and carry out safety training and various emergency drills, and achieve 100% rectification of potential safety hazards.
The project ranked first in the Sichuan area of MCC's 2023 safety "guarantee" inspection, and passed the Yibin safe and civilized construction standard site review.
Green construction
Adhere to the construction concept of "green, economical and environmental protection", with the goal of building a green benchmark construction site, carefully prepare green construction plans, coordinate and promote on-site green construction from the aspects of infrastructure management and gas-related process management, and strengthen publicity and training, complete a total of 6 special training on pollution prevention and control throughout the year, and organize more than 1,000 special disclosures. The project has been awarded the title of "Green Construction Site" in Yibin City, and has passed the preliminary evaluation of green demonstration projects in Sichuan Province.
