The project customizes the stereotyped special plug template to achieve accurate control of corners and lengths, and at the same time, the detachable steel pedestal is used to adjust the beam length. In the production process, the technical personnel accurately lay out the line, monitor the construction quality and process connection throughout the process, accurately control the angle and length of beam and plate prefabrication, realize the refined and standardized construction of beam and plate prefabrication, and create a high-quality comprehensive station model integrating "standardization, intelligence and integration".

At the same time, the project department reversed the construction period and planned construction, overcame the problems of road protection and cross construction, optimized the construction process, reduced the mechanical transition, and exceeded 6,000 tons of water stable paving in a single day, completed the asphalt paving of Pingyin South Interchange in 2 days, and completed the construction of 180,000 square meters of roadbed in 50 days, running out of the "acceleration" of project construction.

It is reported that the reconstruction and expansion project of Jinan-Heze section of Jiguang Expressway is 152.7 kilometers long, and the existing expressway is expanded with a design speed of 120 km/h. Among them, the total length of the four bid sections undertaken by China Construction Eighth Bureau is 19.16 kilometers, and the project is currently fully turning to bridge superstructure and pavement construction. After it is completed and opened to traffic, it is of great significance to accelerate the construction of a modern comprehensive transportation system and promote the economic and social development of southwest Shandong.
