Recently, some netizens broke the news that the door of the Yunhengyuan construction site of Caiyun City has been renewed, and the words of Greentown management have appeared.
Behind this move, it means that after the A6 Qingwan plot of Caiyun City, Greentown Management is likely to continue to cooperate with Oriental Asset Management and win the construction and management of the A12 plot of Caiyun City.

In January this year, Hangzhou Guangyao Zhixin Minglang Enterprise Management Consulting Cooperation Enterprise (Limited Partnership), which is owned by Orient Assets, officially became the largest controlling shareholder of Yunnan Huili and Huiao real estate companies through equity transfer.
Huili Real Estate is the aforementioned Caiyun City A6 plot project company, which has officially announced the investment of Oriental Assets at the beginning of this month, the cooperation lineup of Greentown Management and the construction of CCCC First Bureau, and the resumption of work is imminent, and it is planned to be completed in December 2026.
The situation of various blocks in Caiyun City
From the perspective of commercial value, the A12 plot of Huiao Real Estate is actually better than the A6 plot.
The parcel is adjacent to Shangbo Street in the east, Lindujiaying Road in the south, Shanghai Street in the west, and planned park green space in the north, which is the largest of the transferred plots in Caiyun City, with a land area of about 128 acres, a plot ratio of 5.2, a total construction area of more than 570,000 square meters (about 448,200 square meters above ground and about 125,700 square meters underground), and a larger cargo package;
Unlike the A6 plot, which still has some of the buildings that have been sold and suspended, the A12 plot has not been substantially developed before, which is equivalent to a blank slate, so in terms of project planning and design, it is more conducive to creating works with Greentown style and is also easy to produce new marketing highlights.

According to the plan, Yunhengyuan plans to build 19 buildings, including 8 super high-rise residences, 9 high-rise residences and 2 kindergartens, commercial podiums and other facilities, which have been approved for construction projects in March this year.
At present, only two parcels of land A10 (about 127 acres) and A14 (about 34 acres) have been transferred in Caiyun City, and the development subject has not yet been determined. But no matter who takes over, there is no doubt that if the A12 plot is also handed over to Greentown management, then the construction area in its hands will reach 200 acres of land and nearly one million, and it will share the largest "cake".
