-- Bazhou implements cultural revitalization around forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation

The land is vast and the cultural relics are gathered.

Bayingolin means a fertile river basin. In this vast area, there are a large number of cultural relics and sites carrying diverse and integrated Chinese culture on the ground and underground, which is the treasure and characteristic of Bazhou's implementation of cultural revitalization. Bazhou deeply understands the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and important instructions on forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation, and strengthens the protection and utilization of 8 representative sites that carry the pluralistic and integrated Chinese culture in the process of scientific and rigorous research, builds "8 major historical and cultural projects", and builds a theme exhibition that forges the sense of community of the Chinese nation.

One is the imprint of a thousand-year-old inheritance, and the other is a vivid and vivid imprint.

In the way of "1+8", Bazhou activates the imprint of pluralism and unity, closely focuses on the main line of forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation, and further promotes cultural revitalization of Xinjiang.

Verify the imprint of unity in diversity

In the vast land of Bazhou, how many cultural relics are there, and how many sites carry the pluralistic and integrated Chinese culture.

At present, there are 657 immovable cultural relics known in Bazhou.

Yu Sufujiang Rouzi, head of the Academic Research and Resource Protection Section of the Bazhou Institute of Culture and Museums and deputy research librarian of the Institute of Culture and Museum, said that he has participated in the investigation of cultural relics in Bazhou many times, and has participated in the excavation of more than 50 sites, participated in the cleaning of Loulan tombs, and has been to the Fengsui ruins of the Peacock River many times to investigate. He was deeply impressed by all of this.

From 2007 to 2012, the third census of cultural relics was carried out nationwide. Yusufujiang participated in the whole process of cultural popularization work in Bazhou, and identified 657 immovable cultural relics in Bazhou, including 18 national key cultural relics protection units, 61 autonomous region-level, county-level and 273 key cultural relics protection units.

The discovered Peacock River Fengsui ruins (11), Laisu Fengsui Fort Ruins (two Fengsui forts and one fort), Milan Ancient City Ruins, Yellow Temple Complex, Seven Star Buddha Temple Ruins, Loulan Ancient City Ruins, and Western Regions Metropolitan Hufu Ruins have been investigated, excavated and verified by the archaeological departments of the state and autonomous regions for many years.

These are distributed in Yuli, Luntai, Hejing, Yanqi and Ruoqiang counties, bearing the imprint of pluralistic and integrated Chinese culture, and are the historical and cultural treasures of Bazhou's implementation of cultural revitalization of Xinjiang.

The Archaeological Volume of the Encyclopedia of China: Bronze Mirror records: "With the consolidation and development of the political situation of great unification since Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, culture and art also tend to be unified, which makes the unified shape and pattern of the bronze mirror also consistent throughout the country, and there are almost no local differences." The appearance of the Han-style bronze mirror reflects that Loulan is an important station for the various policies of the Han central government to enter the Western Regions.

The cultural relics are silent, the ruins are silent, but they tell the world that for thousands of years, the people of all ethnic groups have created a splendid pluralistic and integrated Chinese culture, and have developed, built and guarded our common home together. We have a common name, the Chinese nation.

Activate the seal of unity in diversity

How to make artifacts speak.

How to let Chinese and foreign tourists have a glimpse of the style that bears the imprint of Chinese culture of diversity and integration.

How to show the vivid picture of the sons and daughters of all ethnic groups in Bazhou under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China and the building of a greater Bavarian state in the sense of community of the Chinese nation.

Bazhou's "1+8 major historical and cultural projects" came into being at the right time.

This "1" is the theme exhibition of building Bazhou to forge the sense of community of the Chinese nation. At present, the museum has entered the stage of improving the exhibition outline.

This "8" is to protect, utilize, and carry the heritage of the pluralistic and integrated Chinese cultural imprint, the construction of "eight major historical and cultural projects", namely: Bazhou Museum Exhibition and Promotion, Peacock River Fengsui Great Wall National Cultural Park, Laisu Great Wall National Cultural Park, Milan Great Wall National Cultural Park, Seven Star Buddha Temple Ruins Museum, Baluntai Yellow Temple Museum, Loulan Historical and Cultural Park, and Luntai Western Regions Metropolitan Protectorate Museum.

The eight major historical and cultural projects have either been completed to welcome visitors, or are speeding up construction.

The exhibition and exhibition upgrading project of Bazhou Museum has carried out the construction of a two-dimensional code self-service audio guide platform for 70 pieces of fine cultural relics displayed in the exhibition hall, and the audience can scan the QR code through their mobile phones, view the cultural relics in 720 degrees, and listen to the explanation. The exhibition hall of the Peacock River Fengsui Great Wall Cultural Museum will be open to the public from December 28, 2023. The Laisu Great Wall National Cultural Park is preparing for the exhibition, the exhibition hall has completed the preparation of the exhibition outline and passed the review of the autonomous region, and the formal design plan has been completed and is being reviewed, and it will be completed and opened before the end of June this year. The Great Wall National Cultural Park in Milan is preparing for the exhibition, the exhibition hall has completed the preparation of the exhibition outline and passed the review of the autonomous region, the form design plan has been completed, is being reviewed, and will be completed and opened before the end of June this year. The Seven Star Buddha Temple Site Museum will be open to the public from December 8, 2023. The main building of the Luntai Western Regions Metropolitan Palace Museum is under construction and is scheduled to be completed and opened before October 1. The Loulan Historical and Cultural Park is promoting the planning and design of the "Shengshi Loulan" Historical and Cultural Park, and accelerating the site selection and construction.

Speak for the relics and let the relics speak.

In accelerating the "1+8 historical and cultural project", Bazhou is also training and cultivating a group of docents who speak for cultural relics.

At present, Bazhou has trained more than 1,000 historical and cultural interpreters and historical and cultural lecturers, and they are the spokespersons of cultural relics. Reyila Maimaiti, deputy head of the Exchange and Promotion Department of the Bazhou Institute of Culture and Museums, said that the Bavarian Institute of Culture and Museums has done a lot of work to train docents.

On April 25th, the post-00s and post-95s Bazhou Museum docents Jumagul Kurban and Li Ru were telling the stories of Loulan, the Western Regions Protectorate, and the Peacock River Fengsui Ruins.

There are 412 pieces of wooden tablets unearthed from the ruins of the ancient city of Loulan, most of which are about the army's garrison, public and private correspondence, official and historical exchanges, farmland reclamation, etc. The appearance of Han wooden tablets in the ruins of the ancient city of Loulan shows the effective governance of the Western Regions by the central government of the Han Dynasty, and also reflects the spread of Central Plains culture in the Western Regions. The Li Bai document unearthed at the site is the earliest physical specimen of Chinese paper letters found at present. Li Baiqi who appears in the documents is also the only person recorded in the historical books among all the documents found in Loulan, and has extremely precious academic value in history, culture, and art.

In order to ensure the smooth flow of the north-south highway of the Silk Road, the central government of the Han Dynasty built many beacons and castles along the way, and stationed troops. Fortifications were built in important places, and travel was inspected to protect the safety and prosperity of commerce and trade.

"Chronicles of the Three Kingdoms: Wei Zhi" and "Wei Luo: The Biography of the Western Regions" record that in the face of the arduous task of guarding the north-south Silk Road, the king of Loulan sent troops to protect the safety of the Loulan Ancient Road and maintain the Loulan Road when the Central Dynasty was short of troops. When the Xiongnu threatened the people of Loulan and robbed the people of Loulan by robbers and horse gangs, the officers and soldiers of the Central Dynasty attacked in time to protect the local people.

……

Cultural relics speak to the world in the endorsement of historical and cultural interpreters and lecturers.

Make good use of the mark of unity in diversity

With the cultural plastic brigade, with the brigade to highlight the culture.

The theme exhibition of the construction of Bazhou to forge the sense of community of the Chinese nation and the "8 major historical and cultural projects" are new landscapes and new highlights to attract tourists from inside and outside Xinjiang, at home and abroad, to visit Bazhou.

Attract Bazhou people to visit their hometowns;

attracting Xinjiang people to visit Bazhou;

Attract domestic and foreign tourists to meet Bazhou.

The theme exhibition of forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation and the "8 major historical and cultural projects" tell Chinese and foreign tourists with vivid historical facts and facts that from ancient times to the present, the diverse and integrated Chinese culture has nourished the ancestors in this vast land, and nourished the cohesion of today's people, rolled up their sleeves and worked hard, creating today's "Silk Road Landscape, Magnificent Bazhou".

"We're making new attractions a hot spot ......"

Li Yihong, director of the Ruoqiang County Bureau of Culture and Tourism, said that the Milan Great Wall National Cultural Park and the Loulan Historical and Cultural Park are two of the "eight major historical and cultural projects" in Bazhou, both of which are in Ruoqiang County. The county will integrate these two major historical and cultural projects with the Loulan Museum, the Silk Road Ancient Road, and the landscape of 10,000 acres of jujube forest, increase publicity and promotion, and attract tourists from inside and outside Xinjiang to visit Ruoqiang with the help of the advantages of railways, highways and air traffic hubs, and make good use of these two major historical and cultural projects to tell tourists vivid stories of Xinjiang, Bazhou, and Ruoqiang.

In particular, the Loulan Historical and Cultural Park, which is near the county seat, is integrated with commercial buildings and can better play the role of cultural enhancement in Xinjiang.

Make good use of historical and cultural projects, each with its own merits.

In the integration of culture and tourism, Yuli County has cultivated the masses as "propagandists" of the culture of the city.

Guli Keyimu, deputy party secretary of Daxi village in Xingping Township, said there are more than 2,000 people in the village. The "two committees" of the village organized the villagers to visit the Peacock River Fengsui Great Wall National Cultural Park in batches, taking the Great Wall National Cultural Park as a must-visit place for "my hometown with my relatives" and as an educational base for "the Chinese nation is a family and building the Chinese dream together", educating the villagers to draw the wisdom and strength of unity and forge ahead from the Great Wall culture, build the thousand-year-old hometown more beautiful, and tell the story of the Great Wall culture to more Chinese and foreign tourists.

Fengsui guards his hometown for thousands of years, and the sun rises inside and outside the Great Wall.

The flowers bloom in the north and the spring is always there, and the clouds are surging and the south is self-proclaiming.

Merchants from all over the world will gather in the Western Regions, and customers from all over the world will gather in the East.

Camel bells accompany the welcome song, and the willow flute flags the Silk Road.

The historical and cultural projects of Bazhou are condensed into a seven-law "Silk Road Song", which reproduces the grand scenery and glory of the Silk Road, and the diversified and integrated Chinese culture has been passed down from generation to generation and nourished for thousands of years.

The "1+8 Historical and Cultural Project" enhances cultural self-confidence, enhances the "five identities", forges the sense of community of the Chinese nation, and writes a new chapter of "Silk Road Landscape and Beautiful Bazhou" in the practice of promoting Chinese-style modernization.
