Shanghai (Pu) Land Requisition Supplement [2024] No. 160
In accordance with the "Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Implementation of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant provisions, in accordance with the "Pre-announcement of Land Expropriation" (Hupu Pre-Land Acquisition Notice [2023] No. 209 and 210) and the current situation of the ownership, land type, area and ownership, type and quantity of above-ground attachments to be acquired, the People's Government of Pudong New Area has organized relevant departments to formulate the "Land Acquisition Compensation and Resettlement Plan", and the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. The scope of the land to be expropriated this time:
Luqiao Village, Xuanqiao Town, Pudong New Area,
Group 19, Luqiao Village, Xuanqiao Town, Pudong New Area,
Xuanqiao Village, Xuanqiao Town, Pudong New Area,
Group 25, Xuanqiao Village, Xuanqiao Town, Pudong New Area,
Group 18 of Xuanqiao Village, Xuanqiao Town, Pudong New Area,
19 groups of Xuanqiao Village, Xuanqiao Town, Pudong New Area (village team);
It is planned to acquire 29,170.10 square meters of agricultural land, 38,006.40 square meters of construction land, and 8,173.10 square meters of unused land, with a total area of 75,349.60 square meters.
2. Compensation standards, payment objects and payment methods for land compensation fees:
The standard of land compensation fee shall be implemented in accordance with the "Shanghai Land Acquisition Land Compensation Standard (2024)" (Shanghai Planning and Resources Gui [2023] No. 6), the standard is 151.50 yuan/square meter, and the compensation fee is paid to the rural collective economic organization to be acquired, and the payment method is transfer.
3. Compensation standards, payment objects and payment methods for above-ground attachments and seedlings:
The compensation standard for above-ground attachments shall be implemented in accordance with the Shanghai Municipal Land Acquisition Property Compensation Standard (2024) (Shanghai Planning and Resources Gui [2023] No. 6), and the compensation fee shall be paid to the owner by transfer.
The compensation standard for green seedlings shall be implemented in accordance with the "Shanghai Land Acquisition Seedling Compensation Standard (2024)" (Shanghai Planning and Resources Gui [2023] No. 6), the standard is 4.95 yuan/square meter for grain and cotton land, and 8.70 yuan/square meter for vegetable land, and the compensation fee is paid to the owner, and the payment method is transfer.
