Notification of Registration
According to the "Pre-announcement on Land Expropriation" (Hu (Pu) Pre-expropriation Notice [2023] No. 342), the land reserve project of plots 05-08 and 05-10 of Unit 25 (Xuanqiao) of Huinan Town New Town is planned to be expropriated from Huinan Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, east to Xuansheng Road, south to Huixingang, west to plot 05-09, and north to plot 05-06.
Within the scope of the proposed land acquisition, a total of 38 properties are involved in housing compensation, with a construction area of about 6,681.33 square meters. At present, the housing compensation assessment will be carried out within the scope of the proposed land acquisition.

According to the "Pre-announcement on Land Expropriation" (Hupu Pre-expropriation Notice [2023] No. 318 and 319), the land reserve project of plot 06-05 of unit 25 of Xuanqiao Town is planned to be expropriated from Xuanqiao Town, Pudong New Area, east to plot 06-06, south to planned satellite road, west to Xuanle Road, and north to plot 06-08 and 06-09.
The proposed land acquisition involves 24 housing compensation properties, with a construction area of about 3,828 square meters.
