Ye Yongxing, born in August 1953, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a director of the China Art Appraisal Committee, a director of the China Bangshu Association, a member of the Youth Working Committee of the Sichuan Calligraphy Association, the fourth, fifth and sixth vice chairman of the Luzhou Calligraphy Association, the vice chairman of the Naxi District Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the chairman of the District Calligraphy Association.
Calligraphy works sponsored by the Chinese Calligraphers Association: the first China Calligraphy Pavilion Award Peony Cup, the second China Calligraphy Pavilion Award Anmei Cup, the first National TV Calligraphy Competition, the first National Regular Script Innovation Exhibition, Cursive Exhibition, New Artists and New Works Exhibition, World Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, Centennial Xiling Calligraphy Exhibition, Xi'an Forest of Stele Calligraphy Exhibition and other more than 20 calligraphy exhibitions and awards. He has won the first, second and third prizes in more than 200 calligraphy competitions at home and abroad. The work was approved by the China Art Appraisal Committee as a domestic sales price of 7,500 yuan/square foot.
His works were featured and reported by CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel. The work was published in the special issue of Rong Bao Zhai. His works have been collected by dozens of art galleries, museums and memorial halls, such as the Chinese History Museum, the Beijing Olympic Memorial Hall, the Chinese Academy of Arts, the Oriental Art Museum, the Jingdong Art Museum, the Shaanxi Art Museum, the Gansu Art Museum, the CCTV Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and the Nanjing Museum. It was carved into stone by the Beijing Olympic calligraphy monument.
