On the morning of May 15th, in order to effectively implement the vision of "the school at the doorstep" of the military cadre community of Changyanbao Street, Yanta District, relying on the strong leadership of the party building brand "military cadres and concentric circles" in our community, the well-built "Danqing Calligraphy and Painting Room" was officially opened.
During the activity, Xue Sichen, a community worker, combined his professional expertise to give the first lesson of the "Danqing Calligraphy and Painting Studio" opening class to the community residents who like painting - the white drawing course. Xue Sichen introduced that Chinese gongbi painting has a long history, from the germination of the Warring States period to the maturity of the Song and Song dynasties, it plays an important role in the history of Chinese art. Gongbi white drawing is to depict the object entirely with ink lines, without color. Originally, the white drawing was probably used for drafting, but the Song Dynasty painter Li Gonglin developed it into an independent type of painting.
In the class, the teacher patiently and meticulously explained and demonstrated for everyone, and the "students" practiced carefully, and actively asked the teacher for advice and learning if they did not understand. As the course progressed, everyone went from the lines that were not very smooth at the beginning to the lines of uniform thickness at the end, and after many exercises, they all completed their personal works. Aunt Tian, who participated in the event, said happily that she didn't expect that her dream of practicing Chinese painting would come true at her doorstep, and it was great to meet so many like-minded neighbors!
Fan Xiaoning, secretary of the community party committee of the military cadre institute, introduced that the composition of the teachers are from various groups such as community party members and cadres, "capable people pool" and volunteers, and their participation has injected rich teaching experience and professional knowledge into the calligraphy and painting studio. After the opening of the "Danqing Painting and Calligraphy Studio", a variety of calligraphy and painting courses and activities will be held on a regular basis, so that residents can appreciate the unique charm and profound connotation of traditional Chinese culture up close, and work together to build a warm and harmonious community home full of cultural atmosphere. As a school at the doorstep, the purpose of "Danqing Calligraphy and Painting Room" is to provide residents with high-quality teaching resources, convenient learning conditions and excellent learning environment without leaving the community, comprehensively improve residents' sense of happiness and gain, and help build a better education-oriented community.
