According to the community residents, the calligraphy and painting room has been idle and even reduced to a utility room before the renovation, and the Zhonghai Lanwan Industry Committee has carefully listened to the residents' opinions and suggestions, extensively consulted the residents on the actual needs, and gave feedback to the general party branch of the Guangao community. After discussion and research at the democratic deliberation and consultative meeting, it was decided to build the activity room into a Zhonghai Lanwan calligraphy and painting studio in the form of "micro-transformation", so that residents with calligraphy and painting interests can meet more like-minded partners here, and use calligraphy and painting art as a medium to further promote the harmony between community residents and neighbors.
