At 100 years old, Dr. Tucker no longer skies and is not as active as he used to be, but he still runs 4.8 kilometers on a treadmill every week, and when he gets bored just running, he watches classic movies while running.

Never smoke, no harm is good

Dr. Tucker never smoked, and he occasionally drank alcohol in social situations.

When Dr. Tucker was in high school, he approached his dad with the idea of smoking. His father replied, "I don't care. It's just that life is so short, how can anyone want to stuff dirt in their lungs except fresh air?" These words immediately dispelled Dr. Tucker's desire to try smoking.
