1. Fermented corn flour
Prepare an appropriate amount of cornmeal, prepare a little yeast powder to taste. Generally speaking, a small packet of yeast powder can ferment about 10 catties of the main ingredient, but usually you can't make so much bait, and more or less yeast powder has little effect. Add the corn flour to the yeast powder, a little sugar and stir well, then add warm water and stir well. Put the main ingredient in a fresh-keeping bag and seal it for fermentation, the temperature in late spring is a little more than 20 degrees, but the temperature difference between day and night is large, so you don't need to heat it and put it in the refrigerator, and you can use it the next day after making it the night before. The fermented corn flour will be slightly sour, but the taste is actually quite good. The method of use is relatively simple, take a little out and mix it with rapeseed cake 1:1, add a small amount of flour and make a nest. 2. Tender corn paste
Prepare a little tender corn, the first choice is yellow corn, the juice is more abundant, the sweetness is stronger, usually the tender corn used as bait is not waxy corn. Cook in a pot and let it cool for later use, and use a blender, soy milk maker or something like that to make a paste for later use. If the temperature is already high and the fermentation will be serious overnight, it is best to put it in the refrigerator. If the main ingredient is relatively thin when using, you can appropriately add things such as bran and snowflake powder to absorb water, and then add brushed powder to adjust it into rubbing bait. This yogurt-fermented bait is most effective for carp and grass carp.
3. Corn flour sheets
Prepare a little corn flour, sugar or brown sugar, a small amount of soybean flour fried until fragrant, and a little koji wine. The ratio of corn flour and white sugar is about 10:1, first mix the corn flour and white sugar evenly, and then add boiling water to blanch and stir, the main ingredient becomes flocculent and there is no obvious dry material. When it is not hot, knead the dough evenly, make it into a piece about 1 cm thick, and steam it on high heat for 10 minutes. It doesn't matter if it's cooked or not, it doesn't affect the use of bait, and the 7 or 8 ripe tortillas have a stronger grain flavor. After cooling, take out of the pot, cut into one-centimeter cubes, spray a little koji wine and shake evenly, sprinkle a little fried soybean flour to enhance the fragrance, and prevent sticking together, and can be stored in the refrigerator for about 5 days in a bag.
Fourth, brown sugar nest head
The above bait is very good for grass carp and carp, and if there are a large number of carp on the surface, another method can be used. Prepare cornmeal and wheat flour, the proportion of wheat flour is about 10%-20%, and it is not appropriate to have too much. Prepare a little honey or brown sugar, it is more recommended to use brown sugar, the cost is lower and the effect is better, and the nest head is slightly brown. Then blanch the dough with boiling water, adding more water so that the dough will be softer. When it is not hot, knead the dough into a dough, make it into a nest shape and steam it in the pot. After cooling out of the pot, it must be stored in a state, not only the nest head will become dry and hard.
