Liquan County has always regarded the construction of rural mail and logistics system as an important part of rural revitalization, actively built a development model of "express + e-commerce + agricultural products + farmers", standardized express delivery enterprises to serve the agricultural product delivery market, and provided customized services for rural e-commerce enterprises and professional cooperatives. Since the beginning of this year, more than 350 pieces of various agricultural products have been sent out through express delivery, bringing direct income of about 120 million yuan to farmers.
At present, the county has fully realized the sharing of node networks, the co-distribution of terminal lines, and the sharing of transportation capacity resources. It integrates the delivery resources of 6 express delivery companies in the county, and jointly enters the county-level express sorting and distribution center, which truly realizes centralized office, centralized sorting, centralized distribution and terminal site sharing. The county express sorting and distribution center has an average daily sorting and distribution of about 100,000 pieces of express mail, which effectively reduces the cost of terminal delivery, improves the efficiency of delivery, and the coverage rate of "express delivery into the village" has reached more than 90%, truly opening up the "last mile" of serving the masses, effectively enhancing the people's sense of gain, and comprehensively helping rural revitalization.
