THE FORUM RELEASED A SERIES OF ACHIEVEMENTS SUCH AS THE INTELLIGENT COMPUTING CENTER, INTELLIGENT COMPUTING PRODUCT SYSTEM, WHITE PAPER ON THE TARGET ARCHITECTURE OF THE "KYUSHU" COMPUTING POWER INTERNET (MATRIXES), DETERMINISTIC NETWORK SERVICE 1.0, INNOVATIVE COMPUTING NETWORK PRODUCTS, TECHNICAL WHITE PAPER ON BUILDING A HIGH-QUALITY GREEN AND INTELLIGENT COMPUTING POWER PARK, AND SECURITY SERVICE RESOURCE POOL CAPABILITIES.
It is reported that China Mobile has put into operation the first batch of 12 intelligent computing center nodes in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Chengdu-Chongqing, Guizhou, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Heilongjiang, Hubei, Shandong, etc., with a computing power scale of 11EFLOPS (FP16), realizing the basic coverage of "Eastern Data and Western Computing" hub nodes. With the mobile cloud as the computing leader, it empowers 100,000+ customers with digital and intelligent transformation. Among them, the node of China Mobile Intelligent Computing Center (Hohhot) is the largest single liquid-cooled intelligent computing center of the world's operators, and has been selected as one of the top ten super projects of central enterprises in 2023, which can provide 6.7EFLOPS (FP16) of intelligent computing power after it is put into operation, meeting the needs of large-scale, low-latency, and diversified computing power.
In terms of intelligent computing products, China Mobile takes AI+ as the core, from computing power to service, and builds an intelligent computing service system that integrates IaaS (infrastructure as a service), PaaS (platform as a service), and MaaS (communication as a service). China Mobile adheres to the path of independent and controllable development for AI applications, comprehensively builds the high-performance intelligent computing foundation capabilities of Panshi, and provides AI tasks with the ability of strict pre-training, real-time monitoring during training, and rapid positioning and recovery after training, effectively ensuring the efficient and stable operation of AI tasks. Launched the Dayun Zhenze intelligent computing platform, which is committed to providing users with one-stop AI training and pushing services from data processing, model development, training operations to model inference. To build a large cloud Changzhou model service platform, the platform brings together dozens of basic models and hundreds of industry models, including Jiutian, open source and commercial, etc., and is committed to building the largest and most open model ecology in the country.
In terms of new network technologies, the conference released the "Kyushu Computing Internet (MATRIXES) Target Architecture White Paper", which focuses on the eight technical characteristics of "MATRIXES" multiple bearers, agile perception, ultra-broadband connection, stable and reliable, AI intelligence, elastic services, green and low-carbon, and security endogenous to build multi-element integration and connection capabilities.
In terms of new network capabilities, the conference released "Deterministic Network Service 1.0" to provide services with a deterministic network experience in terms of latency, bandwidth, path, and quality, that is, "delay determination" with millisecond-level accuracy, "bandwidth determination" with terabyte-level bandwidth, "path determination" for one-hop direct connection, and "quality determination" for non-inductive faults, which strongly support the rapid development of new services such as data express delivery.
In terms of innovative computing network products, this conference released three products: computing networking, fixed-mobile converged private line, and computing network manager. The first is to launch computing networking products to provide safe, reliable, efficient and flexible inter-computing interconnection services, with SRv6 low-latency optimization capabilities, and upgrade task-based network elastic scheduling capabilities to meet the needs of typical business scenarios such as east-to-west rendering and east-to-west storage. The second is to build China Mobile's SPN+5G fixed-mobile convergence cloud private line, which is based on miniaturized SPN equipment and built-in 5G modules to achieve "wired + wireless" dual-line cloud access. With the "three zero" advantages of "zero lag", "zero interruption" and "zero waiting", it provides the ultimate cloud access service for government affairs, finance and other industries. The third is to launch China Mobile's computing network manager, adhering to the "five-heart" customer service concept of "business at will, management worry-free, peace of mind, experience satisfaction, and use of wisdom", to create core functions such as intelligent solution recommendation, intelligent resource monitoring, intelligent fault diagnosis, and intelligent customer service assistant, so as to realize the integration and innovation of computing network service integration, scenario-based, and digital intelligence.
In terms of the construction of computing power parks, China Mobile took the lead in releasing the "Technical White Paper on Building High-quality Green Smart Computing Parks", which put forward the standard of "one intelligence, two new, four highs, and zero carbon" for green and intelligent computing parks. That is, a zero-carbon computing power park with high energy efficiency, high carbon efficiency, high capacity efficiency, and high computing efficiency empowered by AI, using new energy power consumption, and carrying out new technology research and development applications. At the same time, we strive to build a security service resource pool, and provide customers with rich, flexible, convenient, and green one-stop security services through flexible traffic scheduling, intelligent orchestration of capabilities, and overall network-wide operation, and promote the development of computing network security from "single-point controllable" to "integrated and trustworthy".
