On the morning of April 26, Zhu Dongbin, deputy mayor of Xiangyang Municipal People's Government, and Zhu Donglin, deputy secretary-general of the municipal government, investigated and guided the market supervision work, accompanied by Wang Di, secretary of the party group and director of the Xiangyang Municipal Market Supervision Administration; Tian Dewei, member of the party group of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, Shen Keqing, member of the party group and chief engineer of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, and the main persons in charge of the market supervision bureaus of various urban districts participated in the investigation.
Zhu Dongbin and his entourage successively went to the canteen of No. 36 Middle School Students, the Gulou Store of Good Neighbor Supermarket, the Renmin Road Gas Station of China Resources Gas, the Municipal Affairs Service Center, and the Network Transaction Monitoring Center of the Municipal Bureau to comprehensively investigate the work of catering and food safety supervision, gas safety, enterprise registration, administrative approval, 12315 platform, and online transaction supervision.
In the canteen of the city's No. 36 Middle School, Zhu Dongbin carefully inspected the key areas such as the school canteen, food warehouse, and kitchen through the "Internet + Bright Kitchen and Bright Stove" system, and learned in detail about the procurement of food raw materials, storage, disinfection of dining utensils, processing and production, sales and other links, and asked the school leaders and canteen staff about the food safety management of the canteen. Zhu Dongbin affirmed the measures of Xiangyang No. 36 Middle School to "serve teachers and students as the center, control food safety, and let teachers and students eat at ease", and hoped that the school would further strengthen food safety management, build a food safety "firewall", and support the "protective umbrella" of food safety for teachers and students.
In the Gulou store of the Good Neighbor Supermarket, Zhu Dongbin emphasized during the investigation that it is necessary to strengthen the supply of food, ensure sufficient supply, control the risk points in all links, strictly control the purchased food, and require cold dishes and cooked food to be sold out on the same day, and at the same time strengthen fire safety management, complete fire-fighting equipment and ensure that it is within the validity period.
At the Renmin Road gas station of China Resources Gas, Zhu Dongbin focused on the operation and maintenance of special equipment, as well as the use registration, inspection and verification, filling of vehicle gas cylinders, operators holding certificates, and emergency duty. For the problems found in the inspection, the Fancheng District Market Supervision Bureau was ordered to urge the enterprise to rectify within a time limit. Comrade Zhu Dongbin requested that the enterprise and market supervision departments should conscientiously carry out a three-year action to tackle the root cause of safety, implement the responsibilities of all parties, "grasp the big prevention and small control of the new" to remove hidden dangers, and do a good job in the safety of special equipment during the festival to create a harmonious and orderly holiday atmosphere.
Subsequently, Zhu Dongbin and his entourage went to the comprehensive acceptance area for enterprise registration, the unified delivery area and the 24-hour self-service area on the first floor of the citizen service center to learn more about the process, fees, costs, and facilitation of starting a business, and had a cordial exchange with the on-site masses to understand whether the masses are satisfied with the services of the market supervision department and whether the work is efficient and convenient. At the approval window, I learned about the convenience of approval-related business to the people. The "Xiangshi Suishen" registration integration carried out by our bureau and the "inter-provincial general office" working mechanism of Xiangyang Nanyang and the initiative to provide "help agency" services for enterprises were affirmed.
In the 12315 complaint and report command center, Zhu Dongbin visited the front-line operators, listened to the report on the work of the command center, checked the registration of complaints and reports on the spot, learned in detail about the operation mode of the hotline, the work process, the whole process of 12315 complaint and report acceptance and complaint report disposal, and inquired about the average daily work order volume. Zhu Dongbin pointed out that the 12315 hotline is an important window to listen to public opinions, understand people's feelings, and relieve people's difficulties.
Finally, Zhu Dongbin listened to the special report on the creation of a national network market supervision and service demonstration zone at the network supervision center of the municipal bureau, watched the on-site demonstration of the network transaction supervision system, and fully affirmed the way of establishing six major systems of the network market and promoting the integrated development of the digital economy.
