On the afternoon of April 25, Zhangjiachuan County Library and the Second Kindergarten of Zhangjiachuan County launched a series of World Book Day themed reading activities of "Immersing in the Fragrance of Books and Swimming in the Sea of Books". In this activity, more than 100 children from the kindergarten class of the second kindergarten in the county walked into the county library under the leadership of the teacher, soaked in the fragrance of books, explored the secrets of the kingdom of picture books, and enlightened the life of wisdom.
During the activity, the docent introduced the precautions of the library and the distribution of the library area for the teachers and students who came to the library, and then shared some reading methods and appropriate book types according to the age characteristics of the kindergarten children, and issued an initiative to the children to develop good reading habits from an early age.
The teachers and students of the county three kindergartens visited the whole museum under the guidance of the commentator, after the visit is the reading experience link, all the children followed the staff to the children's reading area to carry out free reading, the exquisite picture books on the shelves immediately attracted the attention of all the children, after selecting the favorite books, they immediately sat at the table and began to read quietly, read to the highlights, and the students at the adjacent table discussed a few words softly, and the excited expression was overflowing.
After the reading experience, there was a sharing session, where the children shared their wonderful stories and reading insights with everyone present, and experienced the joy of reading together.
The development of this activity is a strong proof of the initial results of the "4.23 World Book Day" activity publicity initiative in our county, in fact, the concept of reading has become a trend imperceptibly, and the formation of a good social trend of loving reading should start from the baby.
