On April 26, Nujiang Prefecture and Lushui City jointly held the "4.26" World Intellectual Property Day Symposium in Nujiang Green Spice Industrial Park with the theme of "Transformation and Application of Intellectual Property Rights to Promote High-quality Development", which aimed to discuss the importance of intellectual property rights in the development of the park and promote the awareness of intellectual property protection.
Li Wei, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and deputy mayor of the Municipal People's Government, attended the symposium and delivered a speech.
The meeting demanded that exchanges and cooperation between various departments should be strengthened, and the development of intellectual property protection should be jointly promoted, and enterprises should be actively guided to learn intellectual property knowledge, so as to effectively enhance their ability to use intellectual property laws and regulations to protect their legitimate rights and interests in market competition.
At the meeting, the Lushui Municipal Administration for Market Regulation reported on the development of intellectual property work, and the Lushui Branch of Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd. conducted on-site training on pledge loan business, and the participating departments and enterprises exchanged speeches on "promoting high-quality development through the transformation and application of intellectual property rights" in combination with their actual conditions and responsibilities.
Through the symposium, the participants had an in-depth discussion on the role of intellectual property in the development of the park and enhanced their understanding of intellectual property protection.
On the same day, the member units of intellectual property protection also distributed more than 200 copies of various publicity materials such as the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, the Guidelines for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of Enterprises, the Guidelines for Assistance in Intellectual Property Rights Protection, intellectual property rights and counterfeit and shoddy products to the heads of enterprises.
