The meeting listened to the report of the 17th plenary meeting of the Nujiang Prefecture Land and Spatial Planning Committee on the deliberation of the Lushui project, the reception of the Lushui Municipal Land and Spatial Planning Committee since the 12th meeting, and the handling of the Municipal Planning Commission. Five planning and design schemes, including the construction project of Lushui New Town Middle School, the 2025 affordable rental housing in Lushui City, Nujiang Prefecture (Liuku Street Grain Reserve Rental Housing Project), and the Nujiang Ethnic Culture Exhibition and Performance Pavilion were reviewed.
The meeting emphasized that it is necessary to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on land and spatial planning, fully implement the work requirements of the central, provincial and state governments, and strengthen research, overall scientific planning, and step-by-step implementation in combination with the demonstration area of the Nujiang River Basin to rejuvenate the border and enrich the people and the central cities of the Nujiang River Basin. Based on the current reality, it is necessary to integrate local culture, ethnic customs and other elements into urban development. All relevant departments should attach great importance to the preparation of the plan, do a good job in service guarantee, grasp the time node, further sort out the focus of the work, refine the work objectives, accelerate the revision and improvement of the content of the planning results, and strictly control the quality, time and landing.
